There's an HO (Enzyme) in that. Resulting total enhancement is 48.55% defense (the ED cap is roughly 56%). My resulting total ranged defense in Mids' is 45.2%.
If I take the HO out, and replace it with a fourth LOTG, I can get better defense enhancement at the cost of some endurance drain -- 56.4% Defense enhancement.
But my overall Ranged defense total in Mids' drops to 44.8.
I know the HO gives defense enhancement, but it gives the power lower defense enhancement than that alternative -- why does my defense drop when it is removed and replaced with higher percentage defense enhancement? It doesn't appear recharge is affected...what am I missing? -
I heard from a very unreliable source that I20 will be the first crossover issue with the other superhero MMOs. It'll be horrendously buggy and serve almost no purpose except to tick off another box in the "things comic book superheroes do" column, but it'll be worth it. Mmmhmm.

But I've always dealt with either saving up for one or using the inf to completely IO one or two new characters. The latter has won all the time so far.

I just finished A Game of Thrones recently and I've started on A Clash of Kings. So far I'm loving these books.
It's funny, I always pictured Peter Dinklage playing Tyrion Lannister in my head, and when I saw that he was in fact going to portray Tyrion, my head exploded. -

Scrappers: Indestructible - Disturbed (particularly appropriate for anything softcapped, especially DM/SD or Elec/SD)
