I'm going to celebrate in true guy Fawkes fashion, by plotting to blow up a Protestant, getting caught, and then jumping off the gallows and breaking my neck rather than being hanged. It's fun for the whole family!

In my mind the "Glory Days" are what we've got right now. The game is diverse and interesting and there are numerous builds that are capable of doing amazing things.

I remember the old days, when the game revolved around Fire Tanks and dumpster diving. It might not be as bad as I remember, but I'm pretty sure that once you hit level 40 your options were limited to sitting in on a farm or trying to solo to 50 (which, given the repetitive content and the XP curve was a mindnumbing proposition).

I don't miss those days.

I'm a 72 month vet. I joined up in May of 2004 and I've taken a few breaks here and there. What keeps bringing me back?

1) There's no other game out there like this. I tried out the "competition" a while back and it never clicked the way this game has.

2) The community. It bears repeating.

Ever since the 197.25 drivers I was never able to get CoH to play along nicely with alt-tabbing or Aero, but the new 260.99 drivers have fixed all my problems.

Ok, so I've never read the original graphic novel, I'm not a fan of zombie movies (except for Shaun of the Dead) or the horror genre in general, but THAT. WAS. AWESOME. Definitely hooked me.
