I generally five or six slot Stamina with Efficacy Adapters and four or five slot Health with either Miracles or Regenerative Tissues. I'd love to use Doctored Wounds or Numina's, but I can never afford them.

When I first started the game back in '07, I had some jerk following me around the Hollows "kill-stealing" me over and over. While it was annoying, I also had to laugh, as it's "what's the point?".

Ooo, yeah, I just set up a work computer a couple of weeks ago with Nvidia and upgrading the drivers really bollixed it up. Ah, well, just a thought.

It also might help if you actually pasted into a real graphics editor instead of Word. There's always Paint (ugh!), but a better one is better. As noted, they come out a little dark so they might need some lightening up. I recommend GIMP because it's free, but it's got a bit of a learning curve if you're not all that familiar with graphics editors.

I know the Legion of Valor's been pretty quiet lately, but that's because a bunch of us/them are off playing Star Trek Online while waiting for I17. As has been noted, things always tend to be a little quiet on the verge of a new issue.

Hello, my name is Steven, and I am an altoholic.
As to regrets, most of mine are stuff I didn't do. Coinciding with my slow leveling, I never had a character high enough to do the old-style Hamidon raid. Yes, I know a lot of people say I didn't miss anything more than turning my back and mashing the one button over and over, but still, I'd have liked to experienced it just the once.
But as regrets go, that's not really a big one, is it?

It may be that your experiences with "that other game" and the people you hang around with have made you too rigid. Unless you really enjoy the "min/max super-efficiency" method, but I get the feeling most of us consider that not much fun. YMMV, of course.
But one thing I've always loved about this game is its lack of rigidity and a player-base that isn't much obsessed with such, like seems to predominate in "that other game".
If, indeed, said game is the one I'm thinking of, anyway. -
I experience the "no long threads" thing, but it seems to be fine when I switch to IE from Firefox. So I skip those thread because I can't stand IE.
