HOLY COW! Thanks for tuning in tonight to the Marvelous Mix! The response was overwhelming and we broke KJSR history by setting the record for most listened show ever! I cannot thank you enough for your huge dedication to the show!
Just to remind you next week's show is a NO REQUEST show! That's right! Next week starting with the MYX we kick off the KJSR TWO YEAR Anniversary!!! I will be hosting a special theme entitled "EVERYONE" in which I get to request all the songs and dedicate them to you guys, my fellow MYXERS and listeners! I hope you will all tune in. We have another special event / listener's choice show for you tonight! Below are the details!
"INSTRUMENTAL"
Tonight's show, as chosen by my fellow MYXERS, is all about Instrumental Songs! That's right, NO VOCALS! Tonight I will be broadcasting live from Nova Praetoria in The Magisterium as my fellow PERC's come out to host the first ever Costume Contest in Going Rogue on Champion Server! So log in, check out the new content, and tune in as we jam to another jam-packed show of instrumental songs as chosen by my most MARVELOUS listeners. All the fun events and tunes kick off right at 11pm EST!
The scoreboard is being REVAMPED! From now till the end of September listeners are awarded tickets instead of points that go towards a drawing I will host at the end of September. The more way you interact with the mix, the more tickets you get, and subsequently the better the chance you have of winning the CoH Time Card or The MIXTERY Prize!

P.E.R.C. Presents Get Your ROGUE On!

“Come On, Rogue! Let Your Body Rogue To The Music!"
Details:
P.E.R.C. invites everyone to celebrate the release of GOING ROGUE by joining us for the first ever Costume Contest in Praetoria! With all the shiny new costume pieces there is no better time like right now to host a brand new costume contest! So come on down and sport your freshly created toons as we showcase the new fashions!
Gathering:
*Contestants are urged to start gathering up in The Magisterium starting at 11:00pm EST
*We will be hosting a Trivia Contest during the gathering time. Be watching REQUEST for trivia questions! Random INF will be given out as prizes!
*Judging for the Costume Contest will begin starting at 11:30pm EST!
*Winners will be announced ON THE AIR by Midnight (EST)!!!
Rules:
-One Entry Per Global
-Praetorians Only!!!
-No late entries accepted.
-As this is a subjective contest, no member of P.E.R.C. will be permitted to compete.
Judging:
-A panel of P.E.R.C. Representatives (including some from other servers) will be compiled to judge this event. Players are urged to utilize costume choices, weapons customizations, emotes, and auras in building their concept for display.
-Judges will be voting on how best the character is representing the new content released in Going Rogue. This includes name, costume, concept, details, etc.
-Customized Weapons are allowed. This includes shields, blades, guns, etc. Players are asked to only draw weapons however and not utilize power animations.
-Powers Usage is VERY limited: We understand that i16 has brought with it a variety of power customization opportunities however we have found that powers can effect other players unintentionally and can also diffuse attention away from other character components. We would prefer players limit their use of powers and utilize them for Aura purposes. Examples of powers allowed include but are not limited to Fire Shield, Rock Armor, Personal Force Field, and Invincibility. PLEASE do not overuse powers. So many times powers get used to the point that we cannot see the Character and Costume (this will kill your chances at winning).
-Be very careful in your power choices and avoid overusing multiple powers.
-Powers that effect other players will result in automatic disqualification from the event. Examples include but are not limited to Steamy Mist, Lightning Field, Hotfeet, and Shadowfall.
-Please contact a P.E.R.C. Representative if you have any questions about a specific power.
Prizes:
1st Place: 500 Million INF
2nd Place: 300 Million INF
3rd Place: 150 Million INF
Honorable Mentions: 50 Million INF
Other door prizes will be handed out at random!
*Note: All prizes will be distributed via the new global e-mail system!
Music:
During the event DJ Dazz will once again be spinning tunes while you get your ROGUE on! So tune in to KJSR.net starting at 11pm EST for some great instrumental tunage that you can totally jam to while judging commences! Stay tuned the rest of the night from DJ Dazz and DJ Sinny till 3am EST for tons of great tunes that will surely compliment your Going Rogue experience!

We are happy to welcome Fanged_Knight, Star_Fire, and Pound_Cake to the PERC team! They all expressed interest in applying and we could not turn them down. We are happy to have them all on board to host events! They are very eager to run their first PERC event and you can look for details on that in the not too distant future! Congratulations to one of the most amazing and MARVELOUS supergroups on Champion for hitting the 5 year mark! It is not an easy feat to accomplish and only a few guilds have ever made it that far. I want to thank UHB for being an amazing support system for not just myself but for our community. Over the years it as withstood many events, occurrences, and earthquakes but still remained strong and glorious. Thank you to everyone for supporting the many guilds we have on Champion and keeping us strong! Happy 5th Anniversary UHB'ers!

Tonight's show is all about FIGHTING!!! We will be broadcasting LIVE from The D tonight as a special Pee Wee PVP Event takes place! During the event, we will be playing my fellow MYXERS' 2 favorite fighting songs! I'd tell you to send in requests but for the first time ever in show history my request line was full within 24 hours of the theme announcement! ROCKIN! For August & September I will be doing a double shot for the Mix's Featured Artist. This September both Maroon 5 and Linkin Park both have NEW albums coming out! WOW!!! Next Friday is FIGHT NIGHT! I can tell many of you are VERY excited about the show! My request line is officially CLOSED! You did a most MARVELOUS job filling the show in under 24 hours of the announcement. HOW AWESOME IS THAT? However, I can no longer take any more requests for the PVP / FIGHT NIGHT SHOW as of now! I am looking to you guys to request your TOP 2 favorite songs that are Rock & Roll themed! As always, it's very important to e-mail your requests ahead of time as the request line never opens anymore once I go live, due to listener e-mail request demand! So request early, request safe!

But in general... ROCK & ROLL consists of music in the genres of Rock, Alternative, Metal, etc.
Even I will make sure there's no POP! Yes no GaGa, no Britney, no BSB from me. Sadness I know, but I promise (except my intro of course)!
Examples of Artists on tap already: Kiss, Muse, Linkin Park, Kid Rock, Jimi Hendrix, Slayer, Led Zeppelin, etc.
