We would like to thank everyone that participated in the Mr. and Ms. Paragon City/Rogue Isles Costume Contest. We would like to congratulate the Champion winners.

Each winner will receive a Gold Title for 6 months and 1 costume code on their choosing. The finals will be held on the Test Server, Friday the 8th of January at 9 PM Eastern, 6 PM Pacific.

The Finals portion of Mr and Ms Paragon City/Rogue Isles has a series of Question and Answers to be completed. Either Madame Pistacio or Ice Knight will be in contact with each winner with their information for the Finalist website.

Specific Rules for the finals.

1. Finalists must be present to win. If a finalist is not then they will be disqualified.

2. Finalists must have their questions answered and all finalist information completed by the 3rd of January before 11:59 PM Pacific. If a Finalist does not have this completed, P.E.R.C. will award the Runner Up from that category the spot in the finals.

3. If a finalist notifies P.E.R.C. that they can not attend the Finals, P.E.R.C. will allow the Runner Up to enter the finals.

4. In the event we have to award the Runner Up a spot in the finals, they will be given 72 hours after the deadline to complete the finalist information. If they do not, then that server will not be represented in that category.

As predictable as the story was, as many have said... this movie was beautiful, amazing, steller, and at times breathtaking. But if at all possible you MUST see it either in 3D or IMAX 3D! Pandora comes alive and the depth it brings to the movie is just amazing and makes it an EXPERIENCE!!!

I know a lot of people were excited when we made the announcement after the Holiday Hami today! Please make sure you send me a PM (on this forum) with your intent to be a biddee. I have a short form every biddee needs to fill out to keep us organized for the big event!

P.E.R.C. is pleased to invite all Champion Players to their annual player auction in Pocket D. This is P.E.R.C.'s annual fundraiser that will help raise funds to cover the costs of hosting events throughout the year on the server. We invite everybody out to this once a year event.

KJSR.net Radio Show Auctions:
As you may know @Miz Nibbles and @Dazz Marvelous host radio shows on KJSR.net! They have been given approval to do special auctions for their Radio Shows!

There are a few simple rules that MUST be followed however are:
-The Winner gets to choose the THEME for the show!
-The Winner gets to decide the FIRST four song semantic to be played!
-The Winner does not get to dictate how the rest of the show goes however.
-The DJ's will open the request line and take outside requests from all listeners.
-The Winner will be contacted by the DJ on which dates and times are available to air their special show and to discuss details.
-Winner will need to have THEME and SONG CHOICES submitted via pm shortly after the auction ends.

Terms:
Players having agreed to be auctioned off during the Champion Player Auction are known as the biddees. The biddees have agreed to play FOUR hours with the highest person bidding on them. By agreeing to be a biddee, P.E.R.C. agrees to pay you 25% of your winning bid.

Players having agreed to pay influence / infamy to the auctioneers during the Champion Player Auction are known as the bidders. As bidders you agree that you have the exact amount of influence / infamy available to you, equal to the amount of your bid, at the time of the auction. As bidders you also agree that you are willing to play the game with the person that you are bidding on for the agreed upon play time.

The minimum bid for any character will be 100,000 influence / infamy. Disclaimer: Although infamy is worth more then influence in game, it will be traded on a 1:1 ratio.

The hours of play and what will be played will be at the sole discretion of the biddee and bidder. If a bidder wins the chance to play with a member of the opposite faction, it is the bidder's responsibility to make sure they have a character high enough to get into and participate in co-op zone story arcs. Biddee's are only required to TEAM / PLAY with the other player for FOUR hours. The types of activities must be agreed upon by both parties and deemed appropriate within reason. Biddee's cannot be asked by the winning bidder to alter their players in any way, shape, or form (i.e. icon, builds, supergroups, etc.).

P.E.R.C., and P.E.R.C. Representatives, will not be held responsible for any other players’ actions. If there is some kind of disagreement or impasse that is met after the money has changed hands and the bidder requests his / her money back, then it is the biddee's responsibility to pay back the amount that s/he was paid (the 25%) to the bidder. The remaining 75% is non-refundable.

Red names Avatea, Niviene, and Ocho have volunteered to be individually auctioned off.

There are VERY SPECIFIC RULES in regards to how they are going to work.

They have agreed to run for a maximum of TWO HOURS with the winning team of bidders. Red names hold the right to deem an activity overly long.

You will have to be flexible as to when THEY can team with you (this might mean daytime hours and no weekend hours) .

You will be able to pool your monies.

All monies earned from red name auctions will go directly into a Champion PERC fund. PERC will then have a series of events until all prize monies are gone.

Happy Saturday once again Champions! I can't believe it but it's here! The last regular edition of KJSR's The Countdown for the year! There's a great line-up ready to play and we'll have to see if Halestorm has what it takes to push Britney out of her newly claimed number one spot. We'll have all that and much more starting at 1pm EST right here on KJSR.net! Hope you all can tune in!

I've seen most servers lately average 150 people online at a time vs. Virtue / Freedom at around 500 / 600 online at a time. This makes me think any except virtue / freedom are up for debate!
