I'm breaking it yo!!!

Hami Raid Leaders are ready to go! Trivia is being compiled as we speak, we are gonna do it Jeopardy style, and Swimsuit CC is ready as always (We've done it before so this part should be cake). Plan to spend today getting prizes and finalizing my radio show so everything is Dazz Perfect for tomorrow! Hope you all can make it! It shall be fun!

The fact people threatened his actual life is silly! I think when I read that I thought... I don't care how big of a "******" he is I would never threaten somebody's life. That DOES shine people in bad light! Like Amy said... it is very true his research was not sound and his procedures not completely in place and standard but... what he was looking at was actually playing the game by the actual rules instead of by the community rules, although I would sound off and say morals, ethics, etc. always play a role in the rules of research which do seem to have been possibly neglected. I think however that game rules vs. community rules is a very interesting topic. I'll hafta get Ashcraft on that one! He'd write it up much better.

OK! Did anybody actually read this? I actually find it very interesting! It's really intriguing to look into "our" server and see what rules we have created based on moralities, ethics, etc. versus what the "actual" rules of the game are. I think in the end it just showed that maybe we aren't the only "drama" server and that in fact we all can be complete udder butt nuggets from time to time. I would be totally interested to read more about his observations from the study. I think we all could learn something from it!

LOL! Silly Angie... you know we can't enforce that! Besides Rodney comes dressed like that to normal ones! LOL!

Summer has officially begun and it is time to head to the beach and celebrate the arrival of the tropical season in style! Join PERC as we hit the boardwalk and party like there's no tomorrow!

Summer Trivia Contest
Following the Hamikini head over to Spanky's Boardwalk as the party continues on with some fun Summer themed trivia, PERC Style of course!

Summer Trivia will start following the Hamikini @ 11:00pm EST.

PERC will be giving out Prize Money to the contestants that answer questions correctly!

Swimsuit Contest
Following the Trivia stick around as we line up on the boardwalks and strut our best Summer Fashions!

Swimsuit Contest gathering will start after Trivia @11:45pm EST.
Swimsuit Contest judging will start at the stroke of Midnight!
The winners will be announced shortly thereafter!

Rules:
-One Entry Per Server.
-Heroes Welcome as event takes place at Spanky's Boardwalk.
-No late entries accepted.
-As this is a subjective contest, no member of P.E.R.C. will be permitted to compete.

Judging Details:
-A panel of P.E.R.C. Representatives (including others from different servers) will be compiled to judge this event. Players are urged to utilize costume choices, emotes, and auras in building their swimsuits and representing the arrival of Summer.
-Powers Usage is limited: We understand that i16 has brought with it a variety of power customization opportunities however we have found that powers can effect other players unintentionally and can also diffuse attention away from other character components. We would prefer players limit their use of powers and utilize them for Aura purposes.
-Be very careful in your power choices and avoid overusing multiple powers.
-Powers that effect other players will result in automatic disqualification from the event.
-Please contact a P.E.R.C. Representative if you have any questions about judging details.

Prizes:
1st Place: 500 Million Influence and first choice of one item from the Prize Pool
2nd Place: 300 Million Influence and second choice of one item from the Prize Pool
3rd Place: 100 Million Influence and third choice of one item from the Prize Pool
Honorable Mentions: 50 Million Influence
*Prize Pool includes: Miracle, Numina, Luck of the Gambler, or Respec Recipe.

After Party
Following the Costume Contest we invite everybody to hang out, get out the tiki torches and drums, and dance with us as we enjoy the Summer Tunes being broadcast on KJSR.net! We hope everyone has a great time!


Throughout the events Summer Themed Tunes will be invading the airwaves. Tune in starting at 11pm EST on KJSR.net as DJ-Dazz and DJ-Sinny bring you some Tropical Jams to add to the ambiance!


Door Prizes include but are not limited to Influence, Recipes, Procs, and Enhancements. Prizes are given away at random by PERC Representatives in attendance.

YES! And don't forget PERC has set up a Event Calendar we can use to track events so this doesn't happen in the past. I have been busy so I have slacked off on this but let's try and pick it back up again. Just hop to this thread http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=202579 and post what you need added and I will get it updated ASAP! Let's all think of all events that need to be added and utilize the calendar. This way we do not overlap in the future. I know we don't mean to overlap and there is always a lot going on but I think we can work together to make sure we don't step on each other. Thanks so much for supporting CHAMPION!!!
