Oh yeah, I suggest you make a katana/wp. Slot DA as an attack and spam it along with The Lotus Drops and Flashing Steel and mobs will melt. You will level very quickly, and not die much. Fire would also be a good primary and kill stuff faster but have much less mitigation.

That's a completely subjective statement (Not the masters runs part). You really shouldn't take your opinion and present it as fact, because it isn't. And I for one wouldn't make my power picks purely on how well they work in master runs. -

I would love to see two hami raids per week. Easy way to earn more merits, people who have RL issues will be able to access at least one, and players will get more experienced by running them more (ideally reducing the time necessary to complete a raid. -
Yeah, that's pretty much how I see it. I kind of view Stryker's policies and attitude as a love/hate situation. Most people hate it so it gets a bad rep. On the other hand, the people that love it, are extremely loyal, so the sg succeeds. The man has to be doing something right considering he had the largest sg on champion, and in about a year's time, he created the largest sg on virtue.

I am looking for somebody to do an empathy duo with, as I have heard they are extremely strong, especially after getting Adrenalin Boost. All I ask is that you regularly play on the weekend since that is when I tend to be on. First person to commit can have the spot (As long as you aren't really annoying). Post here or send me a PM if interested.

Silas you may want to mention that elec and ice go quite nicely with dark due to the fact that you can immediately hold a boss. On my dark/elec defender, I took tesla cage, and petrifying gaze. Slotted for recharge you can lock down a whole mob, or a couple bosses in seconds.

Heh, you may not want to seem racist but that is basically a textbook example of racism. And even if they did merge servers (which they obviously won't, if only because of the name issues and the problems that would create) I doubt freedom would be merged with anything. Same with Virtue. -

Not trying to defend felecia here or anything because I'm on your side of the issue but I don't really agree with this. People who play PvE don't complain about purpled out PvE toons because they don't affect them negatively. Quite the contrary actually. I think most players would RATHER have players playing purpled toons on their team because they improve the team, and have a postive effect. And it is physically impossible to have one PvE player "beat up" another PvE player. -

Make a Fire/SR or DM/SR scrapper... get the generic attack chain (fire doesnt really have a "common" chain, pretty much anything will work) that doesnt require any rech. Then spend a bit to softcap your postional defenses. You can do that for like 50mil.

I think he probably means it's expensive to get large amounts of recharge that would require purples and LoTGs....I came back after a week and a half break though and found I had two LoTG: 7.5s bought for 15mil each It really does pay to be patient, I guess

I haven't tried it but I'd like to know how it does with two heals, and two endurance regaining power. Do you plan on taking anything like stamina or PP with dark consumption and power sink?

As others have said, you probably want to go with the DM/SR. However, if you want an even cheaper build that can solo AVs you may want to level up a Fire/SR. You could probably get the influence for the DM/SR faster than leveling up a new toon though. I guess it's just the altitis is me acting up

Ok thanks for the tips. I am going to end up using this build. It is vastly cheaper (no gladiator's armor), will have no endurance issues, has a DPS of about 213 running the Scorch-->Incinerate-->Scorch-->GFS chain (not including calculations with build up, and I didn't factor in my attacks missing either, but critical hit and procs are included), regens 28.1 HP/sec, is a little over softcap to account for any defense debuffs, and to cap it all off I had a couple extra slots which I threw in quickness to give me some extra runspeed.

I think a better way to get them close together would be to herd them behind a corner/wall

Not sure what you plan on taking with your epic pool picks but if you take body mastery try to lead off with energy torrent. The knockdown from this will prevent an alpha strike and help your survivability a ton.
