Timed consumables for real life cash is not something I felt good about. For ingame cash GREAT, but for real life money...well its just not my thing.

I think the chances of this proc staying in it's present form is super super rare given the massive amount of nerf herding going on right now.
It is probably not something they will comment directly on anytime soon if ever...or maybe as a future patch note stating the change but never commenting on if they feel it was a mistake and/or overpowered. -
I don't think the devs missed anything here.

I play on Freedom and pretty much see everything mate. A BAF the other day had three, but I get your drift.

This like beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Sell yourself the one "you" feel is best for you. Otherwise you will just get a bunch of "personal" responses that don't help you decide what is good for "you".
Having said that, I suspect your brain has been turned off like many in the newer generations and you just want to be told what to think is the best, so Katana. Anything other than that is supbar and you should not roll them ok?
