Knowing that Arbiter Hawk has been looking at a number of new refinements to PB powers since the last ones made in September/October 2011, I clearly recall that none of them are about changing the PB powers into WS powers as that would be ridiculous. Rather he is looking into possible changes to PB powers that fit the current PB just like all the other updates that have been made so far.

/macro
"Name of Macro here no quotes" Like FLY
"MACRO ACTION IN QUOTES" like "flypose2" then press enter and the macro appears in an open slot on your trays. -
KM is very different from any other set I have played. The PS is interesting in that the first three attacks chain so quickly that you can always have a nice stack when you use CS. The good thing is often you can kill using just the first three strikes because of the power gained each attack.
I like the KB but that is because I use it on other toons and I am use to it and like the range.
I have a KM/EA and it is extremely powerful and fun to play. -

But I understand not liking the "idea" of it just fine so did I lol. However, to dismiss without a free BETA try when others are for the most part saying hey its really fun and good is...well I just am a at least try it type of person. Not everyone is and I need to be ok with that. No worries.

You should try it on BETA man. The "stacks" are nothing more than a self driven build up that is "NOT" like DB where you have to pick a certain power. It basically adds build up power to a large number of your powers that you use normally. IDK, I would "seriously" consider at least trying it because based on B, I don't think you quite understand how it works.

Not to jump in on a side in your discussion but I question the "as much as said so" in terms of Blasters with mez protection. I find this hard to accept since having several discussions with him about Khelds made it clear that mez protection was not in their future. I would find it..."interesting" if he had a different/changed stance but only when it comes to blasters. You have a quote?

Quote:Aware and tweaked it in an ineffective manner is just like they had not touched it based on where it was when they did. IDK they act like they are afraid someone will scream OP if they make it "effective". Strange....The good news is, /Poison did get tweaked recently, so the devs were aware of the problem.
The bad news is, the tweaks to /Poison were ineffective, and some of the specific tweaks (half the effect, tiny 8' radius, still tohit checked, still unstackable) didn't even pass the laugh test. Since when is this some trinity MMO where we're afraid of good debuffs? -
Quote:Not everyone that feels changes are needed is a nerfherder, but many look that way based on the argument presented. The OP clearly drew his line in the sand, stepped over it and is being properly categorized for same.If the thread was ONLY about Seeds of Confusion being overpowered it would be a different story. This starts off as crying about how he or she feels the tier 9 of the toon they're playing isn't as good as the tier 5 of someone else's character. Wah. And what's foolish is isolating one power out of a set and comparing it to another one-for-one and saying that it's broken. You have to take the whole set into consideration and what the strength of the set actually is. If we want to do that: fine. But as it stands, the motivation behind this sounds petty.

The proc needed to be adjusted.
Having said that it is comical to see a self professed nerfherder talk about balance. That is the cats meow. -
The devs abandoned any new updates for FL when the players stopped going there for early SO's etc...

If the 4.0 damage scale still kills them then that is GREAT. If it leaves a few and you have no crash that is GOOD.
I am not seeing an issue here unless it is the folks that would like to retain the crash and the damage scale of 6.0. In reference to that, it probably is an additional workload deal. It's possible the in company advocate of the choice option just got voted down by the majority of the team .
Hard to think that with all of those smart people there at PS that the option to choose was not discussed. I could be wrong of course. -
I have about 40 50's all at least T3 in all of the incarnate slots many all T4's. I will not take all of them to T4 as a goal, but I have found it might just happen because of the amount of trials I do.
There are a couple of defenders I might not take further after Hybrid, but that is because I will be replacing them with different 50's I have coming. -

Poison needs help and needs it bad. It is not popular for many of the reasons listed and more. The devs have run through some sets "several" times yet Poison with its OBVIOUS short comings is left to linger.
It is pretty clear even the devs don't have any love for Poison. -
Quote:Why not just post your build and ask for help then? I mean that seems like the logical solution vs a revamp of an entire AT you are not totally familiar with.I have no doubt that there's something missing in my build, and as I've said before, my lack of experience, and the pure variety of Kheld builds out there can make any 'fix' for Khleds tricky. There's no definite answer or solution, and the fact that my build is largely thematic makes for a rather skewed idea as to what needs 'fixing'.
I mean I am not the build guy, but there are PLENTY here. -
Fastest ways to Level up? Buy a X8 XP enhancer and get farmed solo on a 8X54 farm. Should be 50 in 3-4 hours.

When I see things like lack of endurance and a request to have even more health I have to wonder about builds. Years ago when the Kheld forum was more active people would complain, others would ask them to show their builds and it soon became clear what the issues were, we would help them fix it up and this was before the the better Kheld changes.
If we could do it then I know we can do it now since Khelds in fact are WAY better than they use to be. -
Dug is at it again. Bait, walk away...watch the little fishes attacking the bait...laugh...

Quote:I have been playing Khelds for six years. They were the second AT I rolled and they "have" changed quite nicely over the years. As has been stated by me and others we just went through "another" round of Kheld changes in October of last year. To our grace we have Arbiter Hawk in charge of the changes and he appears to have the feeling that the changes can and should be made within the function of the current AT and the support for the last changes by Kheld drivers supports this notion. Most of your post is cool, but I could not care less about anyone who currently plays the toon trying to keep it that way. That's the same mentality that leads to Elec Blast keeping Endurance Drain as a primary mechanic on a Blaster. Sometimes you gotta break stuff to fix things, and the players will have to adjust.
See: virtually every patch cycle in World of Warcraft.
Don't fear change.
We just want to see the "right" changes and the mere suggestion of changing reform essence to a PBAOE heal seems to show a "significant" disconnect with the devs stated goal of maintaining the integrity of the AT.
As I said there "were" already many "great" suggestions made in the "other" threads where the devs themselves came in to set the record straight on a few things. So the notion we are against change is absurd, we just want them to be the type that maintain the integrity of the AT we have played for years and frankly have already made MUCH better suggestions already under review by the devs THAT FIT INTO THE CURRENT AT. -
After ten pages of this I not only think it is the place for folks to vent about sets "they" don't like, but also a place where people show they know "just" enough about a set that they can speak on the topic, but unfortunately not really from an "educated" perspective.
