Now that's not to say there wasn't great music, great choreography, a good storyline, solid acting (in some cases), etc etc etc - but sometimes it's just fun to stare at the cutie for a while.
The flipside to this was when I went to see MORTAL KOMBAT with another group of male friends (mostly martial artists) and we were laughing at the fight choreography the whole way through the film.

Actually, this is proof that Persephone is an alt that someone abandoned after she 'died.' Coz no one stays in Hades that long - hell, the River Styx has since been replaced by a revolving door (more like a whirlpool swooshing PCs in and out of the underworld). Six months? Jeez, unless you're waiting for someone's Howling Twilight to finish charging, you rarely stay dead for six SECONDS.
Then there's Nox, goddess of night. She's currently a bit miffed that not only is her reign only 10 minutes a day, but the Powers That Be can't even get the path of the moon right. (Another reason why Artemis is also a bit horked off, too.)
The Muses -- Calliope, as muse of Epic Poetry, doesn't see much action in Paragon or the Rogue Isles, unfortunately, because that 1024 character limit kills any sense of length.
- Clio, however, is quite happy with her plaques all over the place.
- Erato and Euterpe (love and lyric poetry, respectively), have been apparently trapped in the Shadow Shard and are locked out of Pocket D by the shield - hence the reason Desperate Guy is having no luck with Turndown Girl.
- Melpomene, muse of Tragedy, is kept busy by the RPers.
- On the other hand, Thalia, muse of Comedy, is kept busy by the PUGs.
- Polyhymnia, as muse of Sacred poetry, is only now just figuring out how to get past the automatic censoring in-game.
- Terpsichore, as Muse of Dance, is actually the person wielding the whip down in the dev offices beneath Grandville, beating senseless whichever dev came up with those dance animations.
- And poor Urania, muse of Astronomy, is drowning her sorrows with Nox re: the moon problem, and also the fact that the gorgeous starscapes are only seen in Praetoria.

Short answer - FRAPS. It's a screen capture program that records whatever is showing on your monitor. You play, you record, you upload, you're done.
Longer answer - follow the link Eislor gave you for more info on how to demorecord, demo edit, and make generally more impressive videos.

Having gone through all the vids I have, I think you're right, and one did not get done for Issue 5. Weird. Whereas some issues have more than one ad (CoV being the big one, but I-10 not far behind).
And to somewhat dispute Battlerock_X's comment, I wouldn't say mine are better than the official ones. Mine are different. And PS has raised the bar quite a bit on their last few vids.

Well, my Monday was productive... I proofread, edited, and published ~75 TSGs (troubleshooting guides) at work. ~400 down, ~700 to go.
I wonder if the gaming industry actually uses tech writers...

*grins* If you've got gravs on the team, especially ones like me who like Wormholing the Rikti into Hami during the next-to-last-mish, try to make sure they don't inadvertently Wormhole the PYLON into Hami as well. It can be rather embarrassing.
Enough folks have done the LGTF to advise the order for taking out the Riders - there's usually a good reason to listen to them.

I see paragon finally has a spot inside of youtube, but I think it's funny how many clones are out there before them. I really enjoyed your i18 video too :-)
As for vids being launched before they update their own site - no real shock there, they've always been notoriously slow for updating their own channel.

I'm almost certain there was - I'm trying to find it.
There are also teaser trailers for several of these issues as well (CoV had several). I have been badgering the rednames for MONTHS to put ALL of the official videos on their YouTube channel, but they don't listen to me.
EDIT: As for why mine show up before the official ones, I have no idea. You'd think the official videos would be more popular, but what do I know? As for how to tell if it's mine - ALL of my videos on YouTube have the tag "Samuraiko Productions".

EDIT 3: The reason the intros vary is because of who did the vids. Some had the ESRB ratings right off the bat, some didn't. Some had NCsoft, some had Cryptic, some had both... nowadays it's usually ESRB/NCsoft/Paragon Studios, then the vid.

The first I-don't-know-how-many-times I did this SF, the MM power was broken, it was LONG before side-switching occurred, and we still kicked the crap out of him. So while 'theoretically' my MM was 'useless' coz the power didn't work, my bots/dark MM came in loaded for bear with her Mayhem-missions-collected temp powers instead and debuffed him to the point where he couldn't hit a damn thing.
