Heck, she and I have a video project that is currently under "Construction" by the name of The Wretch Strike Force that forces me to actively chew on my tongue like it was bubblegum to keep from saying "Is it done yet is it done yet is it done yetisitdoneyet?!" in her poor ears over and over again.
Commercials... teasers... music videos... parodies... when not in game filming, I'll be demoediting all sorts of wonky weirdness, and publishing videos as fast as humanly possible.
If the playerbase can raise additional funds, I can license more music for stuff, too.

You guys would have an easier time convincing Black Pebble to hire me so at least I could spend my time making LEGITIMATE videos for this game.

A combination of locations:
Some of it comes from the Ustreams that the mods/devs hold each Wednesday (or in the case of the initial I-21 announcement, every day for a week).
Some of it came from Comic-Con.
Some of it comes from articles/interviews that the devs have had with Massively, PC Gamer, Ten Ton Hammer, etc.
But Titan Weapons was initially mentioned in a Ustream chat, with a couple pictures shown... I'd have to go back and look to remember which one.

Synapse death was lol, but that CoV trailer video has pretty much made it impossible for me to do anything but laugh at Synapse dying.

Glad to see that so far it's gotten a good response (it's now up on the COH facebook page too, although more people there are interested in expressing who they hope will/won't die rather than opinions on the vid, but oh well). It gets people talking about the game, which is the point of an ad!

Yeah, I was trying not to be *too* critical. Saying 'not D_R's best work' is like saying 'not Kurosawa's best work' - it implies that it's still good and worth one's time to watch. At least, that's what I was thinking when I wrote it.

picking nits: shame it wasn't a touch longer, in a couple of the scenes I was absorbing when it cut over to the next.
With only about 1:20 to work in, it's really hard to give the music time to develop, and I was more after subtlety and suspense. When the full trailer hits, I intend to go as HUGE as I can manage. But like I've said in other threads, I'm not averse to signature character deaths. I'm not even averse to (if necessary) off-screen signature character deaths. I'm averse to MEANINGLESS signature character deaths.

EDIT: The YouTube URL has changed - seems there were a couple problems with the vid so I removed it and reuploaded it. Hopefully that fixed it.
