From personal experience, the Cimerora caverns maps are just plain wonky. The stone architecture vanishes and reappears, the water moves around on its own, the whole thing is just bizarre. (Trust me on that one, when I filmed INCARNATE, it took I don't know how many tries to find an angle that WORKED.)

When you're doing the SaveAs, make sure you are putting the .cohdemo at the end of the filename, do NOT trust the FileSave to do it for you.

Not necessarily - it's a setting on your demo player. Mine plays back sound (I use Zloth's) but I tell FRAPS to disable the sound unless I specifically NEED said sound effect.

I LOVE Within Temptation! Discovered them when someone did a TRINITY BLOOD video to "It's the Fear" (which is now one of my toons' theme songs), but oh their music is fantastic.

Considering how much I liked Nightwish, that wasn't all that surprising, though.

Even though the voting is now over, I haven't heavily linked my GameTrailers version of my video, and other factors that would contribute to me not drawing any more attention... I have suddenly been getting a SURPRISING number of hits to my video over there.

And a bunch more positive comments. And more people positively rating me. And I'm wondering what happened.

*I* certainly didn't do anything (including not responding to a particular flaming retard in any way, shape or form). So why did I get noticed all of a sudden?

My teasers and trailers tend to be a bit more... erm... cinematic? I don't know - more like movie trailers to hook in the players. So that's the sort of music I'm looking for.

Although "We Built This City" would certainly work if I did a 'how to use the mission creator' video! And the same goes for "She Works Hard for the Money" for Day Jobs!

You and me both - I've been a music buff since I was nine. My CD collection BEFORE I had to sell a lot of it off to make the rent and feed myself was 1000+, 75%+ of which was film scores and soundtracks.
