The one change I'd like added would be for the AoE invis to be some toggle aura that also adds some dmg/control. Something like WoC perhaps. Or OG sans self-dmg.

Between doms being at the bottom of their priority list and the need to change a couple powers for a port (unkillable pets going bye bye and invis getting replaced) I don't see it happening anytime Soon (TM).

Can't do it. Too busy giving all the other ATs more sets again. Silly dom players will have to wait another year for 'special' surprise. Maybe this one won't be leaked to MMs first.

Ice Control - too contradictory and redundant. Half the powers cancel or don't work with the other half or do the same thing.
Electric Blast - absence of tier 3 ST blast hurts. Lack of cone hurts. I'd say to add a chain effect to the 2 ST attacks, snipe, tesla cage and voltaic sentinel so that you can get a damage and end drain boost without having to actually change the power numbers. I'd like to see lightning hopping all over the place. -
You're going to run out of endurance. Fire and earth are both endurance heavy. The Numina and Miracle will help, but not enough imo.
Now some are going to tell you that endurance isn't an issue for a permadom. However, you won't achieve perma status for at least 40 levels, so you're going to be sucking wind the whole time. And even after perma, you're only over the top by about 15%. That can get erased fast with psi or ice attacks on you. Also, your faster recharge means faster attacks. Faster attacks means faster endurance consumption. It's a catch 22.
If you're getting PLd to 50 and plan to snag Cardiac alpha or something then it'll be fine. But if you're actually playing your way to 50, you'll likely be eating a lot of blue skittles.
Personally, i think the force feedback and devastation procs you're slotting are wasted. That's 4 extra slots you could put in another power somewhere and improve some of the endurance issues or milk some more guaranteed recharge. Or put them in sleet/ice storm. Both powers deserve more than 1 slot. They're your main aoe damage late game. You're going to want that cuz Fissure just ain't gonna cut it. -

The angering thing is this has existed for 6+ yrs. When will the dev team fill these holes? -
I'm not going to sit here and try to convince anyone that plant is weak. But I'll say that SoC isn't so uber when you're facing a faction running Tactics.
The one change I'd like to see is for Spore Burst to be like Synaptic Overload as mentioned. I'd like to also see this sleep version replace Flash Freeze and Poison Gas Arrow.
All represent a stationary cloud/zone that would sleep anything that walks into and/or stays inside.
And regarding whether a control set is OP or not... so what if it is? Why must controls be tethered to that design mantra when there are numerous melee and ranged powers that put AoE controls to shame? -
I'm not buying this argument that everything has to be for both sides or nobody.
If there's a gap fill it.
And for those of you self-righteous hero lovers, you're honestly going to sit there and tell me that if a new redside SF were added with wicked cool badges and worth 42 merits, you'd not play it because it's against your code of ethics? -
You're saying there's equality. If so, where is the 10-15 SF? Where is the 30-35 SF? It's been 6 yrs since CoV launch and still neither exists. Meanwhile CoH has had them since creation (8 yrs). There have been 17 content updates during that time and still nothing. The WST mechanic highlights the SF vs TF discrepancy every month.

Ok, I see that the Sister Psyche TF is not just getting a new contact, but a total revamp as well. Hey, I'm down with that. Long overdue.
But, devs, when are you going to level the playing field opportunities for redside? There is still no lvl 10-15 or 30-35 Strike Force.
Since CoV launch, 17 issues have been released (tyvm) and you've put in several co-op TFs (awesome), revamped a couple hero TFs (gj), but you have yet to create new redside ONLY SFs that fill a gap that has existed for 6+ yrs ().
And yes, I realize that Kal, DFB, and DIB have been added for villains, but I'm talking redside ONLY. This is selfish, but it's the truth. You've done a great job incorporating all the new tech and features that came with CoV and Praetoria into the old blueside world and there is still more that needs to be done, but why can't you throw redside a bone, too? There's a reason the redside population is lower. There's not as much content and reward available!
I hope you have some secret I23 SF cooking behind the curtain, but if not please for the love of Lord Recluse add one for I24! -

It amazes me how many people play with the sound on in the first place. I turned that off after my first year or so with the game. Only time I ever feel the need to turn it back on is for a glowie hunt. How does the constant sound effects of enemies shooting/attacking you not grate on your ears? -

I take Fight Pool a lot. Not to soft cap defense, but for Tough's SL resists. Stacks nicely with other resistance shields. Especially for melee oriented elec/earth/power.

They can update plant right after they get done with ice. And maybe fire.

Wait... Blue side arc is complete while red side isn't? Say it ain't so! One might suspect the devs favor heroes over villains if this were true. Or worse one might suspect villains received a hand me down arc designed for heroes.

You want to get some use for Dim Shift? Roll a /storm controller. I hear they're taking advantage of the debuff patch FR. -
I'm giving the new propel 3 thumbs up. That's the selling point to me. DS still isn't useful, but that splash knockdown is da bomb.
