It's been made clear that NCsoft has no intention to keep the CoH franchise going, Even if they do, It won't be the same without Paragon.

Since they aren't going to make money by keeping it in a flash drive in the corner, or by keeping the license contract/whatever in the attic. What the hell is making them so hellbent on NOT MAKING MONEY!?

I mean, was this not done due to financial reasons, You know, MONEY? I mean, Apparently When NCsoft puts two and two together, it gets "WE NEED TO LOSE MONEY, NOW!"

Am i stupid for thinking this? Selling the goddamned IP is the most logical way to handle this.


And i might have to add, Competition? City of Heroes has a different playstyle compared to ALL other MMOs, If there is competition, The audience wasn't interested in "LolAion" anyways.


Someone please tell me I'm just an idiot and this somehow makes total sense in Korea.

I was a very lonely kid, at 11 years old i was basically clinically depressed and had bipolar. I main virtue, that server taught me how to write, How to communicate, Roleplay was and is one of the reasons this game is just amazing. It made me interested in writing.

I remember....
Played first on liberty, i remember the first winter event, The water in each area was ice, there was snow on the ground of some zones, and winter lords were the fastest way to level.

I remember regen, it all it's former glory, Being more survivable than anything we have/had at this time of posting.

I remember teaming together to take out bosses and getting wiped

I remember being scared of death, I remember when CoV was announced, the extreme hype I remember masterminds, I remember stalkers doing ROFLROFLROFL damage in pvp, I remember PVP, for better or worse.

I remember farming before AE

"TV FARM LFM LOOKING FOR BRIDGE"

"Demon farming fire/kin with bridge LFM"

I remember when FA sucked.

I remember castle ruining everything he touched, I remember BaB being a very, very thoughtful person. I remember Positron's rage against our AE anctics.

I remember....So much from this game.

I will always remember this game.

I will always remember the people involved, The near-deaths the game faced, and the end of our icon statesman.

And, As for Ncsoft and/or Other parties involved.
