I don't check it often but I have episodes I see often (2x03 because I relate so much, the Pinkie Sense one because I find it hilarious and the sister one - 2x05 I think with Rarity and Sweetie Belle), and I also have a fav song, from the first or second episode, Pinkie Pie's No Fear.

Haven't seen many fanvids but... This is awesome (yes it's a rickroll but it's so well made).

EDIT: Another fav - Sweetie Belle's take on Fluttershy's lullaby.
If I was going there specifically for MLB, then ya. But since I hit it along with the Superheroes, Pokememes, TDW Geek, and History LOLs, I still class myself as Level 1.

Also, the Equestria Girls extended Hub promo was pretty good. DJ-Pon3 FTW.

I saw some mad fanvideos, and then decided to see what it was all about. First episode was decen, but it wasn't until "I'm Fluttershy..." I got hooked. Then the episode was a clffhanger and I couldn't just let the ponies hanging like that, so I watched the second episode. And the third. And the rest.

Then I considered getting the toys, but I think that might be going one step too far. Besides, the toys don't look like the ponies from the show, anyway.
I'm only a Level 1 Brony. Still in semi-denial about it. Have watched all the eps, check My Little Brony daily, have a favorite song (Winter Wrap Up), have not read the fanfiction, have not gotten a tattoo, and have not bought the toys.

    I'm comfortable at Level 1. >.<

    Nah, it'd be a Dec. 22, 2012 party.

And yup, she's a background character in My Little Pony who was mistakenly drawn with crossed eyes in one of the early episodes. She's become sort of a "Where's Waldo?" in the show now as she's usually in every episode, some times easy to spot, and some times a blink and you'll miss her cameo. Last episode, she was blatantly easy to spot, she even waved at the audience.
It starts off innocently enough. See the Brony page on Memebase while looking at the Superhero page. Laugh some and say, "Hmm, maybe I should watch an episode to understand it.". Then you watch another episode. Then you see one with one of the songs. Then it's WATCH ALL THE EPISODES! Then it's "Yay!". Then you look in the mirror and wonder at the person you've become.

It's Derpy Hooves from the new My Little Pony. And yes, I've watched it. She's a purposely cross-eyed goofy character in it.

To the art guys: what program are you using for the pictures? Granted, probably standard photochopping it, but are you using something like Daz 3D or other 3D modelers?

    Uh, isn't that Ultra Magnus?

I got a box of frankenincense and myrrh, one of those plasma ball thingies, and a Galileo thermometer. Along with a boatload of anime that I bought for myself.

Problem isn't the ginormous buckle, it's the TYPE of ginormous buckle. A square or circular buckle? Just fine. A pointy buckle combined with the acrobatics and whatnot expected of a superpowered person? Not so much. Having what amounts to a giant spike put just below your sternum? Not a good idea.

Everyone knows that Canadians can't exist below the tree line! Except for that specialized breed known as the lumberjackers. And their lesser brethren, the maplers.

How about blood sacrifice baseball? It would sure liven up that dull, dull sport.

  13. We've had those. If it was a wave of GOOD disaster movies, that'd be different.
  14. What flavor of apocalypse do you think we're going to get?*

    Zombie?
    Global Thermonuclear War?
    The Stand?
Troy unleashing an army of jetpack wearing ferrets in a bid to corner the pants supply thus embarassing everyone enough that they can't leave their house?
    Asteroid?

*Tongue in cheek belief. I do not seriously subscribe to that calendar thing.

There is one aspect to Mother Homina's outfit that has always bothered me...

It's that little pointy belt buckle. The woman can't bend at the waist or she'll end up popping a boob. It's not as noticeable on the wallpaper, but it's very noticeable in the cutscene for the BAF.

Has Batman ever actually fought a fair fight? Seems the only way he'll fight is if he manages to stack the deck immensely against his opponent. Though he pretty much has to if he wants to live for more than five seconds against the power levels he goes up against.

The problem I have is that getting hit by snowballs breaks emotes and having to constantly reset the emote you want your character to be doing for RP purposes because people won't stop hitting you with them is annoying.

Of course, I can solve the problem myself by simply not going to the D or any of the other usual RP hangouts... though that kinda defeats the purpose.
You could say that about ANY power that breaks emotes. There's always the option to take it to a SG base if it gets truly out of hand. Failing that, you could bind the emotes to a keystroke so that you don't have to hunt for it.

Just remember, the more you react to the griefers, the more they'll grief you. If they don't get a rise out of you, they'll move onto other targets.

Batman is a role model in the sense of "Don't let yourself become this". Beyond that, his Wayne persona is a womanizing playboy who occasionally does good things with his money.

I know I wouldn't want my kid spending a significant amount of time around him lest they become just as much of a buzzkill as Buzz Killington aka Batman.

A number of RPers, while they enjoy a good snowball fight on occasion, find it rather difficult to enjoy their RP if they're dancing at a radio show or just doing their own thing if people continually pelt them with snowballs. Even moreso when the people doing the snowball throwing won't stop if you ask them politely to.

With the inclusion of that power in the pack, there's now no respite from this form of RP griefing. At least before, we knew that if we waited long enough after the event, it'd stop. Now we have all year long to look forward to people who feel the need to keep others from having fun doing what they do. Please reconsider this, or at least let Null the Gull give us the option to not be able to be hit by them (which you probably actually can't do with current tech, sadly).
RP it in the sense of Kramer from Seinfeld. He kept snowballs in his freezer until the summer so that he could pelt people out of season. Failing that, use it as someone scraping the frost from their freezer and making snowballs.
  21. Just to be clear, this (Winter Holiday Pack) is an account-wide purchase, right? I'm sick to death of running Snaptooth missions and farming candy canes. Have no desire to do it again.

[But he also might have really high standards.]

Also, when the girlfriend met the mother... there could be... competition issues.
But would he have male influence? That's presuming his father was still in the picture. Granted, he'd potentially have all the guys in say, the Justice League as role models.

But let's be honest, Batman? Not that good of a role model. Guy Gardner? Again, not that good. Wally and/or Barry? Probably good. Supes would be the best that he could hope for, but then you have Lois wondering why Clark is spending all that time with some other woman's kid. Especially Diana's.

He's going to have to end up being the smoothest cat around. Otherwise, it's doubtful he'd live too long.
