  1. I keep it. One teams they'll some times need the firepower, and I'll stay in Nova almost the whole time. If the tank drops or gets nailed I'll swap to dwarf until they get retoggled or whatever.

I like to keep the versatility available.
  2. This coincides with the observations about /unloadgfx I made in an earlier thread - the market doesn't unload correctly, and some increased memory usage I got after the market didn't all remove from memory, either.
  3. I like the six pack of....soda, yeah, soda!

Lol - I remember that episode!

Lastly is the Sergeant Major of the Army (2 stars between the chevrons and rockers) who is the senior most NCO in the Army. The "Senior" NCO's are mainly administrative positions as well, since they directly answer to their respective CO's. It's not too unusual to find them in the field among the troops, threatening..err, boosting morale.

NCO's are the backbone of the Army. They are the ones that ensure that what needs taken care of is taken care of.

In the Marine Corps, you also have the Gunnery Sergeant. The Gunny seems to be used a lot in tv/movies for some reason...maybe the sound of the rank?

    R. Lee Ermey is a honorary Gunny, and he played one in Full Metal Jacket. Gibbs from NCIS is a Gy Sgt as well, along with Gunny Highway, portrayed by Clint Eastwood in Heartbreak Ridge.

    Nice rank info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Ma..._rank_insignia

    pigg = ?

    Hot piggity hog!
  13. I might add that I'd recommend going with Professional over Home. Among other things, the Win XP Mode it offers is a nice feature in case some of your older programs don't like 7 as well.
  14. Looks like it's time to get a new system.

Have the mentioned the specs it'd take to be able to enable everything to its fullest?
  15. I use Imageshack as well, but hadn't seen the Twitter link, so I was curious.

What I do with screenies, if I want to keep them in large size, is just to post a link to the images instead up adding the image itself to the post. I try not to post anything that might be wider than someone's web browser screen, so I'll scale down an image and save a different version if I want to have the image in the post.

Still, cool to ToT with BaBs.
  16. Nice piece - congratulations on the art for your collection!!
  17. Screenies are kinda small - I'll take your word for it, though...our Devs are just awesome enough to do this sort of thing....a run-by fruiting or a passing smack down.

What's with the twitter deal, though? Is that something the host does if you're not a member or something?

    Uber veterans

I have gotten by playing, not PLing, at least one of each hero-sided AT to 50, which I was pleased with. On my villains, I have one 50 and a few more in the 40's, and my goal is to get one of each there to 50, as well. My current next closest is my VEAT Fortunata.

My first 50 was a DM/SR scrapper, who I play rarely now. My lvl 50 Inv/SS tank is also my badge character, so I've kept that one relatively active from time to time. My first 50 controller I've mainly used on Hami raids when we have those. My first 50 villain as an Elec/Elec Brute, although that wasn't the first I started playing...first I started was a stalker, but I got bogged down on that one.

I have so many alts, though, that I don't play any one character too much any more. It keeps me from getting too burned out.

My favorite build....that's tough. I've tried most things at one time or another, and like things about all of them, in different ways. I have more scrappers than anything else, though, and more of those are broad sword than other primaries. I just really like the huge hitting attack with the pause just long enough for the foe to say "Oh s^(&@!"
  19. Blasters should be quite doable, especially with the levels in the tf being consistent now on that first mission. When we have had more than one blaster on a run, we'll alternate nuking the mob. I can get my nuke up a couple times during the first part.

With 8 you can probably have 2 nukes per mob, depending on your recharge, and take out most all of 8 of the 10 that way. Just make sure you're away from the spawn site enough so they don't fly in. Doing that, the other 6 blasters should eb able to just concentrate on the last couple boss types and the av while the nukers are regaining their end.

If your recharge isn't enough, one nuke per mob would certainly make a big dent in the HPs of everything there, and the other 7 can AoE as well, and then a bit of mopping up the bosses/av. And I'd think if you rotate one at a time, the first two's nukes should be up again by spawns 9-10.
  20. That's a cool sketch - nice work!
