Vigil's cool. From reading all the Faust stuff, he can be quite NSFW, as well. Which I like.

Quote:I'm always amazed when my Nova ST blasts hold a Boss.
Especially when some teammate goes: "...but we don't have an Elec Blaster... WTH?!"
And, you know, it pops often enough that I think I'll slot one, and if we could get a couple more to do likewise....it could be a beautiful thing.

I think you need to go DA scrapper. Ideally, if we could have fingernails for a claws weapon, that would work out well. Without that, DM had some health and essence drains that would make sense, as would a sword of some sort. If SS ever becomes a scrapper primary, that would work quite well, too.
Do the flying pool with a quick costume change before you take off into a smaller body with the bat wings, and bam! -
Quote:Pretty Similar to DE's post above. We had a full team of 8 and were doing pretty well until the Northern Lights just got too bad. We had people getting sent to the hospital and killed inside the hospital just as soon as they stood back up.
THe NL's were like a Nictus Army only much, much worse. You cannot target them or defeat/ disable them. At least it didn't seem like you could.
Not sure I'll bother trying this again. There's fun and then there's annoyance.
I was able to attack the pets, but (on my blaster) it took probably 3-5 shots or so to drop one, and they, and their buddies, will key on you at that point. If theyre going to swarm and mass attack, I'd like to suggest that they be lower level, so they can be offed with good speed, like the repairmen in the STF, and there should be some sort of area that's safe around the hospital area. Bots are a bad idea, but maybe close it in and put a quick exit door (like the back on in the training store in Talos) in to get back into the mix safely and break aggro. -

I agree with most everyone listed here, but want to list a few more for your perusal:
Marcio Abreu
Candra
Amorimxx
Mike Deodato Jr.
A Joe Jusko classic
Nebezial
Mariah Benes (yes, his sister is good, too!)
And I have many more, too... -
Did this again earlier tonight. I think that the northern lights pets and such were a bit out of hand. There were a bunch of them range attacking, and taking out people inside the hospital area and/or before a person could rez and get back to LW. The first two 25%'s of LW were going well until the pets got too numerous to manage. That's as far as we got the whole event. Everyone got nothing but debt to show for it.

We did them regularly when FashionSense was running them, then new stuff lured some interest away, so they were put off for a while.
Several attempts to restart things have been made, but to my knowledge none have been successful as yet. -
Awesome vid! As always.

Ahh, I was thinking totally something else from the title...like changing colors depending on if you're angry, happy, sad, etc.

It's Monday, Folks! Hope to see you all on Infinity squidding it up tonight!

No Cousteau homage?

BTW, I like Thermocline and Subduction. I may use those some time if they're not taken.

I think you may have to run with settings turned down a bit, and I'm doubting this will do much in the way of the Ultra options, although wee don't really know much about the requirements for that as yet. As there aren't any specs that I've found on the 230 card, this is just speculation.

I haven't found any information on the power supply included, and on a search for the graphics card I find several posts of people who cannot find a driver for it as yet.
Hopefully Father Xmas, who sees all and knows all, will see your post and provide some help.
I'm a bit leery of it coming with Vista. If it were me, I'd find a copy of a 64-bit Win 7 and install it.
Edit: Found drivers NVidia posted a few days ago on their site, so that part's ok. Odd that they don't list that card it in their GeForce product list, though... -
Super job, Oath! I'll have to log in there and look at it up close and personal!

Quote:How To Post
So you read the relevant section(s) for your problem and you still haven’t figured it out? Well, that’s what the forums are for!
You’ll want to state your problem clearly and given plenty of details. If you just say “I’ve been crashing, why?” then we’re going to have to grill you with several questions before we can help. Tell us things like when the crashing started, describe the crash (do you crash to desktop? Suddenly reboot? Lock up?), and say if the crashes happen soon after you start the game or if they only happen after 30 minutes of play. If you really don’t know what details are relevant, give it your best shot. You’ll probably have to go through a round of questions but as long as you are trying, we’re happy.
After that, give us some data. My CoH Helper program can gather a lot of information about your computer and game settings and format it nicely for our forums. Paste that info into your post. You should also gather a HijackThis log so we can see what programs are running on your PC. If you have some programs up that you normally close before playing, go ahead and close them before getting your HiJack log, too.
Don’t worry too much about grammar and spelling. However, you are asking us to spend some time helping you. If you can’t be bothered to use any capitalization or punctuation, it doesn’t exactly inspire people to spend half an hour researching your problem.
And no bumping! It’s against forum rules.

I hope this guide was helpful to you! Proximus' original guide listed off several of the people that helped gather the information in his guide but, after all these years, that list would go on for pages! So I'll just give thanks to the whole City of Heroes community for all their efforts in keeping this game great.
Zloth, your CoH Helper link above doesn't go to the program page any more. Should direct to http://home.roadrunner.com/~dasloth/CoH/CoHHelper.html
