I wish I'd have thought of GoGo Ninja Dinosaur first.

This thread is nearly a year old now, and alot of good stuff to wade through!

Congrats to Foo, and to Shia, and to all the participants!

Next thing you know someone will have a shoe bomb made of legos that explodes and sends candy flying.
We're gonna have to keep our eyes on you all now. -
Well, there are things I like and other things not so much about both the pieces, so I'm torn. I'm letting the magic 8-ball decide this one.....
...and signs point to Foo. -
Quote:did you google all that DE?
personally i'm a little tired of all this beating around the bush, I just want to see a parts list, would have preferred to see one before parts were ordered but too late for that.
sorry if i sound like an A$$ but it's friday, it's been a long week so my patience is nil and i'm comin down with a cold. life is peachy, (how is that not some rage releaseing youtube video?)
Some of us are smart, and have also been shopping computers lately, so don't feel put out if you had to google things to keep up.
If that's how they want to do it - teaser tidbits and such - then that's their prerogative. It's not necessary to play along, and if something like this irritates you, then just skip it! Life's too short.

Same thing happens to me, and I'll usually manage to die from it, too.

I think a number of the attacks have a bit longer recharge than you might expect, so some recharge bonus wouldn't hurt at all. It'll help get those heals up sooner, as well.
Some End recovery would help, too, and acc bonuses are always a nice bonus. I ususlly will look for stuff like Crushing Impacts in melee powers and Posi's Blast in ranged aoe's.
Your defenses will lean primarily towards resistance, but you may want to play with a build and see if you could get some decent positional defenses from several of the sets. If so, this will certainly help. If you intend to be more of a range type, then look for sets with range and AoE defenses, and maybe look for Melee def if you intend to use the melee attacks more. Reactive Armor is a good Resist set for adding defs and Serendipity for Def powers. In a melee attack,i f you can 6-slot, Touch of death has some nice defs there.
I haven't done human-only, so maybe some of the others from the "limited forms" crowd will stop by and offer some specifics. -
1. Kick butt memory chip.
2. Solid State drive. If your game files were on this, your load times would be close to nil.
3. Cooling system. -
I want some purple recipes, but I'd settle for a snow-covered Perez Park with frozen lake. Maybe a toboggan tem p travel power, too.
Thanks in advance! -
Quote:Between the clipping issues (Warrior shoulder pads, female hairstyle on "youthful heads, etc.) the unfinished weapon animations for Ninja Run, etc. I really feel like I didn't get my money's worth.
I have no problem buying the bosters, and I felt the other ones were ok, but this just seems rushed out and poorly done.
Are refunds available on booster packs? Will NC cancel my account if I chargeback my purchase? (I have a card that will let me charge back nearly anything within a certain time frame)
I've gotten them all and think they were well worth it. Since you can check what's in the pack before you buy it, and can even see everything in action, if you don't insist on being the first, then I doubt that you'd be able to get a refund.
Buyer beware. -
Very interesting reading.
I'm a bit bemused by the folks stating that such-and-such is easy if you have a certain combination of ATs, power sets, temp powers, and so forth. That may well be the case, but unfortunately for 99% of the players out there, they don't have their bags of holding with one of each inside. I mean, I had one, but I lost it somewhere in the lake in Perez Park.
I think the point is that an optimal team can do anything they want against a certain foe, but that same team might be much less effective against something else. Doesn't make that foe any less tough for someone.
Oh, and Vahz hurlage and CoT, particularly at lower levels. Definitely. You can barely afford the End to run your defense toggles, if you're lucky enough to have them, and they go and have the nerve to effectively ignore them anyway.
Of course, I've just decided on general principles that I hate CoT all the time. It's easier that way, and I'm right almost all the time.
Plus, their caves give me a headache.

I got a level 50 Range enhancement last night on an ITF. I guess I could let it go in trade as much as I hate to....
