Looks great, but you need to make the linke bigger - I spent some time moving my mouse around to find the '1' was the linkie - lol.

It won't work on the regular file format. What you want to do is DL ind install the CoHSplasher program, and run it. Select the file you want for the load screen or login screen and click the appropriate button - It will convert it to the appropriate format for the background in-game, and you should be golden.

The Splasher should convert the file and put it in the correct folder now - just start it, browse to the graphic file, which needs to be in 1024x768, and click the button for login or startup screen for heroes or villains-side, and you should be golden.

I'm not sure what you tried - if you could post here your steps and file type/properties then it may help figure this issue out.

Here's the file if you want it TS Its' formatted to strecth out for a 16x9 monitor. Hope that's ok. Be sure to add the frames though 'cause I was lazy and didn't bother to fix the bottom. The frames will cover that black line totally though.
