I've been practicing faces for awhile now, but I still am far from great. I will try to lend some help here.

Eyes when they are emotionless (or even with emotion) vary greatly depending upon the person. Most times, I think it depends on their race. The old asian eye cliche, while lame and wrong, is abit true. Their eyes do look different, as im sure you've noticed. So do white guys, so do females, so do black guys. Everyones eyes are different looking.

I'll try and draw my eye, and my friends eye. I'm male, she is female. I dont have a scanner but ill snap it and show you.

These are quick sketches really, but youll get the idea. They are pretty void of emotion. I drew my friends eye from memory (ive drawn her eye when she was staring at me across the table before at a resturaunt though, so I kinda know it's shape).

Upon further look at them, I realize i did them too quickly and they really dont look like either of our eyes, but they do look different so maybe they will help anyway. Some Eyes

Edit: My Eye, is actually abit of emotion. The lids should be ever so slightly brought in. It looks like they are abit wide with fear, so if drawing my eyes without emotion, bring the lids in ever so slightly...I look bug eyed :P

actually, it looks like she is controlling a ground turret, lol.

Amazing awesome piece. I don't know how crits go here around here, but I have one if you dont mind. It's not mean spirited at all I promise, it's just something I noticed.

To me, the armored guys legs look a tad too skinny, almost like they wouldnt support the heaviness of his chest.

Anyway, even with that minor bit I noticed, the picture is amazing. The other 50 billion characters are flawless. Great job! I love it.

Very nice. The imps and her body are great. My only crit is about the face. This will be very harsh sounding, but only cause it's what came to mind when I saw her face. It reminds me of a cross between Cher and Michael Jackson....It's good structurally, i'm just saying visually, she is not an attractive woman :P, well not from the neck up anyway. Great job overall, including the face.

Heck, maybe she wasnt suppose to be attractive. Not all drawn characters need to be beautiful people. Good Job, just ignore me :P.

Hey Foo! If you're still doing trades I wouldnt mind, though mine arent of any quality youd want to keep (mostly cause I have to take the picture of them with my webcam, no scanner).

Anyways, regardless I did Maiden Light for some practice. Here she is.

I adjusted them in photoshop to help with the fact they are webcam pics. Hope you like em.

Felt like doing some things in photoshop and this is what I came up with.

Ok, im getting really sick of all this Defender .vs. Controllers BS all the defenders are spouting.

First lets address the new powersets. I'm happy they are for both. Defenders whine about unique primaries, well what about controller unique secondaries, I dont see you fighting for those either so eat it.

Second, I think there is a misconception of the roles of the Defender and Controller that the devs really caused because of naming. Controllers are the true team defender. Im sorry, refuse this fact all you want but it is true. Both sets are for team defense and survivability.
Defenders are half-team defender half-wannabe blaster. They are suppose to help the team stay alive alittle while being a blaster at the same time yet I see plenty of defenders neglecting their secondary. These people should be a controller.
The Real problem with defenders is NOT tied to controllers, it's tied to blasters. Blasters have the same high game unwanted feel that defenders have, nobody can see this connection?

Sorry for the badly worded poorly written rant but I'm tired of all the defenders whining. Slot your primary and secondary like controllers do and be the half cont half blaster your suppose to be, or be a controller.

I'm SURE they wont do this. IT would be too useless for htem cause nearly nobody would do it. Now on to what im nearly 100% sure they are doing, and people are just mistaking what they said.
Cov will be it's own seperate game, OR and add-on to CoH. BUT you can buy CoV and not CoH and sitll play. If you pay the monthly subscription for one, you can play both for that, or pay 15 dollars and only play one. Your choice, but $15 for both, not $30.
