I think that Pious is filling the second scrapper spot and I'm still going to field a blaster. I'm going to try something new this time and see how it goes, I hope you all like it.

I think the line up looks as follows:

1 Scrapper - Pious
2 Scrapper - Hot Head
1 Blaster - Dutch Barbarian
2 Blaster - Dante
1 Defender - Ashen
2 Defender - Battleflag
1 Tanker - "Reserved"
2 Tanker - Lief_Roar
1 Controller - _Max_
2 Controller - Universe

But I could be wrong, I know there may be some shuffling.

Hi. I've just read the introduction on the Militia thread and have a question before I start on my bio. Are you wanting to be the voice of "The Minister" or can I use it when writing my bio? I thought I nice way to introduce my character would be to write about their response when they open the package. But hey, I don't want to steal your thunder if you've got plans for later.

If Pious is dead set on a blaster, I may be able to change to a scrapper or defender if that would help. I prefer playing a blaster but I'm flexible if it helps the team.

Thanks for organising this Battleflag. I am an older player too and I know exactly what you mean about people not taking it seriously!

I've already written the bio so that's groovy. There's just one thing that we may want to think of: how come this bunch of dudes got together in the first place? Was there some kind of call for new heroes? A chance meeting? Just a thought for something to get us started for why we're all meeting up and maybe something to get us started on our first missions.

You're not alone, I often think of songs to have on in the background while beating up thugs. I think my choices would be:

Well, I am going to be the first to agree that real life gets in the way a lot so will do my best to get there for Thursday evening. I have a low level blaster so I will recreate her for the occasion. Count me in.

I just want to applaud the sentiment of playing missions in character Battleflag. I would certainly be interested in teaming up with anyone who wanted to do so. My characters tend to be between levels 8-17 (sorry, chronic altitis!) but I am happy to sidekick, exemplar etc. Creating a whole new character specifically to team up with other roleplayers could be interesting, especially if people agreed on a theme beforehand but either way I reckon it would be fun. If you see any of my characters around, they are all roleplayers to some degree or another although whether they are nice or nasty depends on who you get.

Either way, I love the idea although my gameplay times tend to be sporadic!

I'm glad to see that there are other roleplayers out there. I know this sounds daft but I've been playing the game more or less in character for around eight months and have only just found out that there are other roleplayers out there. Guess I should have checked out these forums sooner rather than later.

I shall make it a personal mission for one of my characters to rock up to GG one evening and say hello. Roleplaying just adds so much more to the game imho.
