I find the reader to be a usability problem. A straight-up PDF would have been preferable. I'm sure it's good, I just can't read it.

One additional question on VEAT PvP Stealth caps. What are the caps for each VEAT, and how much Stealth do they get with just their base powers?

I think I remember seeing a 500 cap on my Bane, which he was at with just the Cloaking Device. I could be misremembering, though. Having a cap higher than 500 would be nice. Not as much as Stalkers to keep from stepping on their toes even more than we already are, but higher than 500 would be very nice.

They should nerf jump cancelling, as it's one of the several issues that make melee pretty LOL in PvP. Attacks need to root, for the sake of balance.

On Earth: it's better for PvP these days, but it is largely location based, and location based powers in PvP are very subpar. Perhaps more effective in smaller arena maps, though.

P.S. What say you to the debate about Bane burst damage vs. Night Widow burst damage Silverspar? IMO Bane burst outdoes NW burst due to Surveillance, and they can bring that burst more often thanks to the faster recharge. What's your view on this?

I categorically oppose making it positional Defense. We already have SR, EA needs to be its own set, and thematically Force Fields in this game (which is what EA is) use typed not positional Defense (positional means you're agile and dodge incoming attacks, typed means things hit you but just get deflected harmlessly).

Energy Defense should be 45%, I completely agree. Energy Resist of 25% (or more) on top of that should also go into the set, I also agree. This is a thematic necessity.

Defense debuff resistance in the set needs to be brought to SR levels (Defense based sets just fail to do their jobs without it given all the -Def in this game on top of the streak breaker artificially limiting the effectiveness of Defense compared to Resist).

We should probably keep in mind powers being removed from or added to the set is highly unlikely to happen. This set is a live set not a beta set, and live sets simply do not have powers removed, added or rearranged. Keep suggestions and expectations in line with this reality.

There'd be no chance at all of that. They want to encourage people to return, even if they've been gone a long time. How'd you feel if you came back to the game and your high level characters lost their names? You probably wouldn't stick around. Few reasonable people would.

*sigh* This is where a lower pop server has its advantages. I'm really tired of the Rikti and their ultimate weapon: the lag cannon. Oh, well!
