  4. Cold mastery is there just for snow storm and hibernate :P
  5. Well you can get it quite low.. But with 3x recharge you'll need to slot some dam/acc HOs to make the most out of your damage output in FA.

    Anyway's here's the numbers:

    Hasten (70% rech) + 3 SOs (95% rech) + 1 siphon speed (20% rech) -> a recharge of 21 seconds

    Hasten + 3 SOs + 2 siphon speed -> recharge of 19,6 seconds

    Hasten + 3 SOs + 3 siphon speed -> recharge of 18.5 seconds


    That should be the correct numbers for different amount of siphon speed stacked on top of hasten and the rech SOs. You might also want to consider the ranged AoE set with an acc IO (if you dont take the KD proc), would give you 100% damage, 95% acc, 90% rech and 33% end red.

    I took swift to improve standard running speed when I dont have an application of siphon speed and hurdle is there to speed up my traveling with SJ...

    If you get pwned by alphas then you really don't play your /Regen Scrapper very well.

    Well now that my fire/kin is approaching 50 I've been planning a final respec. There's a something about the build; I wont be exemping with this one so it wont matter if acro is at 49, and even if I'll exemp for the odd TF/badge mish it wont be that much of harm to miss it.

  20. My kat/invuln loves fighting carnies. Vulnerable to lethal damage and their end drains have next to no effect :P

    I can nonstop run through a carnie mish set on invincible for 2 people

  22. Most of the time your attack chain uses more end/sec than your toggles... Ice/elec just happens to have fast animating attacks so your end/sec is high because of that.
  23. It is actually quite viable against slow capped scrappers
  24. Ahem, ice bolt and ice blast both do a buff of about 6.5% damage. They dont do as high a damage buff as BFR because their animation times are so much faster.
  25. I might be wrong with this but one... But I think the damage of sleet is so low it's not worth enhancing.
