I like how I now have some rep, my evil plan is reaching fruition.

I wonder if this includes the Patron Pets.
Cause that would be sweet as a few times I was finished with a mission and the pet was still around. -

Broadsword is a safe choice because it is so similar to BS. There is very little difference between those 2 so if NB is ok BS will be too. I personally don't care for the set and think it was a dumb choice, I also do not care for your attitude in this thread.

Personally I feel BS was a bad choice because we have NB and BS doesn't add a significantly different play style from it. BS and Katana are practically the same set and when the game was first released BS and Katana actually were identical except for the damage/recharge values.
To me the point of proliferation is to add a new play experience to an AT by giving them powers from another one. Broadsword fails to add a new experience.
As for it not making sense, well that's debatable and for any RP reason I can come up with why it's wrong, someone else can come up with a reason why it's right. -
Except I don't think any Player powers are purely Toxic.

That's not entirely true.
The original Defiance was supposed to alleviate Blaster problems.
Containment was added to help Controllers in the early levels.
And even in Issue 0 Scrappers had a limited form of Critical hits.
In regards to Scrappers, Critical Hits wasn't a formalized inherant until I5 or thereabouts, hence my original statement.
Anyways this thread has made one thing clear
/Regen needs to be nerfed for Scrappers
buffed for Stalkers
and given to Defenders as a new primary -
Actually before the revamp Hollows was an excellent training ground.
Sends the pre travel characters to missions on the opposite side of the gulch where +8's hang out in Hazard sized spawns.
If you could complete the Hollows on a character you learned all about agro range,mob levels and how to avoid being 1 shotted while on a morning jog.
At least with the sewer your on a team and have a reasonable chance of surviving. -
forgot about Katana revamp
Defense and Resistance scale changes weren't specific to Scrappers neither was GDR. Stacking armors was a problem specific to Dark Armor as the other sets did stack.
Animation time changes are for powersets not AT's same for MA and Invuln buffs.
I was thinking along the lines of Defiance 2.0,Stalker Buffs, Dominator Revamp. You know those things that only effect the one AT. -

Besides Scrappers are the At that seemingly has everything how can the devs possible hate such a creation?
EDIT: With ELa at least Scrappers have the HP and damage output that it would be unlikely for them to run into many problems using the set. *Glares at Stalker Ela* -
Well you have the Dominator Revamp listed, but don't include the Stalker Revamp in I12 or the Blaster revamp which I think was around I9 or 10. Overall I don't think AT Revamps are key points of an issue though.
You also don't have the Redesigned Hamidon Raid,Abyss and Monster Island which was I9 -

After reading this thread I've realized something.
Of all the AT's Scrapper haven't had any AT changes since the formalizing of Critical Hits as the inherant
Scrappers are also the only AT with only 3 APP choices.
Scrapper primaries lean heavily towards Smash/Lethal

The saddest part of a Stalker's teaming experience is that if the Stalker is doing well the team won't particularly notice that missing Sorcerer or Sapper they were dead before they could become important. -
The fact the FFG's path finding can be somewhat wonky is balanced out by it's 15 second recharge.
Oh the thing got stuck re-summon.
FFG does not need any changes.
In fact because it's targetable it provides two layers of protection for a /Traps
The first being the +defense the second being drawn agro. -
I like your first idea but there is a problem with it in regards to the villain side.
Grandville the only Villain 40+ zone does not have an AE building(which makes sense for story reasons)
So how would St Martial be handled? -
