To be perfectly honest, I don't really care if people feel uncomfortable about it. I'm looking for someone to provide a service. When someone does, there need not be anymore talk about it. If you don't like it, just completely ignore this post and pretend it doesn't exist.

It's not forbidden (yet) so you are in your full rights to do this. No argument there. You pay for the game you decide how to play it.

But we ARE on a gliding scale here. If this is allowed, why not the use of Pro Life farmers? Why not allow the use of bots? Is there really that much difference between paying 100 mil inf or say a few Euro?

The fact that inf is in game currency is why I don't view it as a problem. We already have a system in which someone does the work and other people pay inf for the benefit called the auction house. This is just an extension of inf position as an actual currency, something which has been slowly developing since the start of the game where first off certain enhancements were only available from contact shops, so you had to play to your origin (I cant remember which ones probably the moment speeds and tohit debuffs but I am very hazy on this) to all enhancements from all the shops, to the auction house. The fact you've been able to trade in game for as long as I can remember means people could always charge for their work in influence, its just now there's actually a mechanic which people are actually willing to pay for.

Then I remember SGs requiring people to stay in SG mode all the way and providing inf for their enhancements when bases first came out.

Its how the game seems to be evolving. The fact I wouldn't pay anyone to PL a character for me, and if I was to do one for someone else I'd want a hell of a lot more than the going rate, has nothing to do with it.

Now people paying pounds or euro's for it I object to. But they've spent time earning the in game inf, how they spend that to benefit them in game is up to them. And if people can get someone an alt to 50 faster than they can get 100 mil inf for themselves then both parties are coming out well from the deal.

HAving found Energy Torrent now in the epic I have gone for Energy. I just wanted to add some AoE to my build some how and that's done the trick. Picking up powerboost at 47 as originally planned but with a better route to it

The lack of secondary effect is the only reason I wouldn't have put Fire Melee down as being the most probable. Having seen stupid damage from my FM brute I understand the logic behind it not having a secondary effect

The brute has the potential to do more damage with it, if its kept back and only used on full fury. The rest of the time it will slow your chain and reduce your DPS

As in if you can slot it early in the build it will help you level up. I had a level 12 Regen tissue bought for my WP scrapper so I could put it in early. Often buying the lower level one is cheaper and you get more use out of it

Slow enhancers dont debuff the recharge effect, just the slow side.

I wish people would IR me more, its a fairly handy buff from the Kin set when it comes to unsuppressed movement.

Chance for IOs will function when that power is used, if its not available to you they wont

Yes + Stealth in sprint is probably a good place for it, however if I get SS at 14 then it goes in there so I only have one power to turn on and off (I am lazy)

It doesn't matter the level of the IO, only the level of the power. If you can slot them at low level then buy the lowest ones possible. At least that's how its supposed to work, if its working differently then its an interesting feature

For the Expert run I found CJ was the answer, for the Ski Race I found SJ much better. I always steer with my mouse and that's it advice wise I guess

Damnit when I did my gold run there were no buffers there. Only just got below the time too. It was my third one so was quite pleased....... was buffed on my first run though which I think is how I got silver on first attempt at the course cause I made so many mistakes

In my opinion it wouldn't. It might help for PvP for for the PvE game once you have that 45% to everything then you don't need any more.

If you have sets that put your defence over 45% then Elude isn't really needed to be honest. I have two SR scrappers at 50 without it and both work as well now as they did before. Elude was god before Inventions, now its a leveling aid

Have duo'd two scrappers to 50 with another scrapper and it is indeed great fun

On a brute using just the early attacks DM kicks out silly DPS. With sets DM/SR can get comfortably over the def cap. So yeah, DM/SR looks alright to me.
