On a WP its important cause you lose RttC when Mezzed as well so have to retoggle your main mitigation when you're freed each time. I think its the only scrapper that suffers that problem

Playing the devils advocate here (cause the 46-50 content was the best in the game villain side)

There's no content he can do now that he couldn't do at 50, however if he gets to 50 he can slot purples and create a VEAT so maybe he wants to do one of those things and pick up the content later (if he doesn't want to pick up the content at some point and misses out the televisions he's a fool and wasting his sub)

Am undecided yet but am considering playing my SoA until I get to the respec into crab form at least

I miss the Paragon Dance Party Parties. They were what made me realise this game had a community. I may know that now, but it would be nice to get a reminder like that again

That's what I ended up with (my planned build is full of purples and HOs and will likely never be more than one) Could put another Def in IW but it works just fine against pretty much everything as it is

On my claw/WP I took Mind over body after 20 to fill that gap and it worked will RTTC is much better mitigation pre SOs anyway

Also it was the most fun character I've ever played. Enjoy it Carni, the levels go too fast

Consume is PBAoE and I have some sets in it on my scrapper so I assume the epic one accepts PBAoE sets too
