See thats what I hate these days, back in the day you could get drunk, do stupid things and not see it on Youtube
-
Hey I love collecting an instant full fury ambush on Mayhems, it is joyful
-
Well he mentioned the agro cap, so if he had 16 mobs on him then only one from the group would follow. But then holding them at the right range while foes start to die looks the hard part
-
Clicky mez protection stops you being drained and then held, used to stop you being detoggled and held too but toggles dont drop so easy these days. Love the clicky mez prot on my SR wouldn't swap it for anything.
But yes Wet Ice is cheap as -

Oh man... now I have to respec again. I knew someone would eventually want me to have recall friend again!

You could just use the second build as a Hami build or something? I'm thinking of making a ship raid build on one of my scrappers, but it does cost inf having the second build going I guess -

Speaking of which, will this make Hover worthwhile* for melee ATs?
*(Please don't start an argument on opinions)
[/ QUOTE ]
Then why ask about an opinion?
[/ QUOTE ]
Exactly, even giving numbers its still subjective if any power it "Worthwhile". I cant answer that without giving an opinion. I can say it will be better than it is now, but not whether that makes it "worthwhile" or not -
I missed one today, didn't realised I had, but someone sent me a tell while I was in another room and chat had pushed it off the screen while I was away. Only noticed it a fair while later when I was looking back through consignment house records for something. Sorry to who that was, am pretty sure it wasn't you though Jag

Tell you what its nice to see a non SR take down an AV
-
you could bind hasten to a key often used if you dont mind the missfiring sound? For example the W key.......... I'd hate it, but it gets past the 1 auto power rule
-
I think my Ill/Rad play just got complimented then.
However I do need to use an IO'd up build to solo AVs on my DM/SR scrapper since the regen buff to AVs so it has given me something to strive for. To make non overpowered builds overpowered -
Well I've picked up one badge name I liked, the rest are kinda based on when I can be bothered when I log off
-
you know people have been soloing GMs on Ill/Rad long before there were IOs in the game right? Perma PA is not required, I bet it would take down the time it takes mine to do it sure, but its not required
-
Oh I tend to defeat mobs that dont turn up often like the chain
-
Oh, yes, just remembered that SoC causes agro if it fails but Mass Confusion doesn't (at least as far as I recall correctly)
With Mass Hypnosis that gives Mind two completely safe mez's to open.
I will repeat Terrify though, to me thats what makes Mind stand out. The fact that TK + Dominate can take bosses out for as long as you want and you're far more likely to hold an AV than most trollers are.
Terrify makes Mind a fairly high damage set, the other powers make it a safe one. I'm a big fan of Mind and when I can pick a secondary for it I will be a leveling on, am on a troller break at the moment though -
I didn't think Rabbits lived that long?
Anyway happy birthday mate -

Slightly OT, I've always wondered why you have an "Arachnos" and "Non Arachnos" starting option, but your patrons are all Arachnos lakeys. I'd like to see some "Non Arachnos" patrons too, with some of the nicer powers from the EPPs thrown in there (tho I realise these would need to be balanced against the existing PPPs)
[/ QUOTE ]I keep saying they whould use some of the AVs from Viridian's tea party as non-Arachnos Patrons. To tie them into the Project: DESTINY storyline, you could be an infiltrator who gets caught up in the whole mess halfway through.
Or, eh, if the devs really want to keep the game Arachnos-centric, just have the player betray the non-Arachnos patron after the 2nd arc (like you do to Recluse's henchmen anyway) and end up in a situation where the player and Patron are forced to help Arachnos with the project anyway.

I wanna work for Countess Crey -

Question; Which builds can solo AVs? Because, from bitter experience, I have found said conflicts impossible.
[/ QUOTE ]
Night Widows, /regen scrappers with high ST damage, /WP brutes, rad defenders. Quite a few others too.
[/ QUOTE ]Masterminds in general.

SR scrappers with high ST damage. My DA brute solo'd Countess Crey, but I doubt there's many AVs he could solo -

What are you people talking about?

For GG... a beginning. not the definitive answer but I hope our transatlantic buddies can make sense of this (and if you do, can you enlighten us, please?)

Not sure who wrote that, but there is a glaring error in there:

Well you have to first get a map of the London Underground and then identify Mornington Crescent. For many the joke is that the station doesnt actually exist. Its been shut since whenever
[/ QUOTE ]
The station most definetly does exist, one stop south of Camden Town on the Charing Cross branch of the Northern Line. They tried to close it and it caused a large uproar, due to the game. There is a plaque in the station to the creators of the game.
[/ QUOTE ]
Mornington Crescent was shut for a very long time and left with the lights off and off the map. It is often referenced in Robert Rankin books as being the offices of the Ministry Of Serendipity. Then they ruined the references and the game by reopening the station. The cheek of it. I think it was shut between 1992 and 1998 but don't quote me on those dates -
You need to clear one of those active arcs. Its two yellow arcs and something like 7 red (cant remember for sure on red) that you can have open at one time

Well defence suffers from diminishing returns in PvP, but tohit starts off at a lower number. Pre I13 it used to be that defence was worthless in PvP but I understand that has changed now
