    i15 moaners.

    [ QUOTE ]
    But I14 was I13.5.. so is I15 I13.75?

    [/ QUOTE ]

Which means we've had two half issues and thus are due two more full issues in a year?

    AV Soloing

Oh and its just a very general build that can solo AVs, I use it for Teaming and TFs mostly. I'd drop TT for AV soloing and put hasten in and use a free slot for a +end proc in Stamina
  5. [ QUOTE ]
So to everone canceling their sub, can i have your st00f plx?!

    [/ QUOTE ]

I'm trying to work out a way of bathing in inf before I let mine lapse, they say that you cant take it with you, but I'm working on it

I agree with EVERYTHING said in this topic. (That hasn't happened in few months)

    Revamped Shadow Shards for villains!

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Wait for the Coming Storm

    [/ QUOTE ]

I'd give that a go but at this rate TOR will be out first.

Revamping zones would be my preferred method, as new zones are always co-op these days, which means we less and less are Heroes and Villains and more just mercenaries. City Of Mercenaries hasn't got the right ring to it. Now maybe adding a new villain zone and revamping a Hero one, that would be preferred for me, as Heroes have plenty of zones, just everything pre striga looks horribly dated
  7. Cynic

    Theyre back.....

Trying to look on the plus side of this at the moment but I cant see much there for that. A new TF would be nice for my level 50s, but I want something to make me roll a new toon, and there's been nothing for a quite a while that has. There could always ben unannounced proliferation in there, cause there are some non-existent combos I want to try but there's certainly not enough content in that to encourage me to play more. I'm hoping that they're holding back on their big Ace that was going to sell the issue and that everything else wont just be padding for what has just been announced
  8. [ QUOTE ]
Just to keep this stuff together:

Posi: We could write Arcs, but with MA out there, we'd rather write TF/SF's

    [/ QUOTE ]

I was worried that would be the case, fears confirmed

    AV Soloing

I cant promise it will still cost under 300 as there's been new sets since I made it but

Guys guys, he is talking about mercs.

Mercs are stupid, weak and lousy. They need buff

    [/ QUOTE ]

He must have a really poor secondary if he is. Sure Mercs are the weakest MM, but still rank fairly high in the overall scheme of things.

That said I kept wanting Ninja to work with DM, and it never did for me, maybe he just got a bad combo............ wait, Bots and??! Cant think of an especially weak combo.
  11. Have a good one Psy. don't take too long picking an outfit
  12. Then TT needs to become T2 cause I'm not losing my second imob
  13. Enhancing makes one hell of a difference buff wise, its one of my big gripes with the balancing they did in Issue 5 that the armours seem to be balanced out fine after enhancements but before mostly a drain on endurance.

I think that is probably your biggest issue (also with enhancements Active Defence should be perma)
  14. Gloom would be lovely, if they could move Dark BLast to T1, have Gloom and Torrent as your T2 choices, then leave TT was your T4 I think Dark Mastery would be sorted
  15. Thing is all the zombie T1s are the same. OK my Medic has a death wish, and I hear the arsonist doesn't carre for his health but it makes no sense that of three iddentical pets one is always the one that decides that he doesn't want to be proddded along as a zombie anymore and to take his own life
  16. [ QUOTE ]
    [ QUOTE ]
Actually, the Extraction power is stronger when used on higher-ranking henchmen. You could, at later levels, send the Lich into a spawn and Detonate him, then raise a Wraith, possibly.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Yep, that's a nice synergy between Necro and Traps.

Personally I look upon it as a plus if I get to Extract a Knight or Lich and tend to just use the Zombies for it in general. (or a particular zombie in my case, order him in Aggressively to take the alpha and die so I can extract him).

The higher ranked Ghosties have more HP and do more damage but other than that (and the apperance) they all have the same powers.

    [/ QUOTE ]

One of my zombies seems to be more suicidal than the others and always dies, I'm lucky not to need to micro manage him in order to get a ghostie
  17. [ QUOTE ]
    [ QUOTE ]
It's seen as the "cool" MMO, and quite surprisingly so, in my opinion, since I never really saw the appeal.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I'm sorry? Since WHEN was WoW cool?

    [/ QUOTE ]

Since living in a basement ordering in Pizza through a chat system and shunning your friends has been. Its Hermit Chic
  18. [ QUOTE ]
    [ QUOTE ]
The only utility (PvE wise) scrapper epics offer are FA (but then a couple of Acc set bonuses is basically the same) and Conserve Power for those who need it.

    [/ QUOTE ]Tenebrous Tentacles, Caltrops?

Loved the TT -> Burn combo on my Spines/Fire/Dark, anyway.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I used Build Up, FE, Energy Torrent, Throw Spines, Spineburts on my Spine/Fire/Body which is also fairly effective.

TT makes an acceptable attack on my DM/SR and Dark Blast is lovely as its pure Neg En damage

Never found a use for Weapon Mastery, there's nothing in my mind it does well, the fear in Caltrops undermines their usefulness
  19. [ QUOTE ]
funny thing is st geogre was welsh

    [/ QUOTE ]

Of course he was, an English man Saintly? Never
  20. Well on defiant the CAD AE is normally pretty busy, I like it, close to the BM but miles from the level up guy unfortunately
  21. Until there is a Welsh Flag for St David's day I don't feel the need to make a patriotic effort for my other half of nationality
  22. Cynic

    To much farming

    [ QUOTE ]
    [ QUOTE ]
Apologies to people if they are sick of seeing my name posted!
Am I the only person that understands that power-levelling and farming are two almost completely different things?
And no smart answers saying " uhh.. farming=PL plox"

    Fury

    [/ QUOTE ]

    [ QUOTE ]
Nope your not but many people treat them as interchangable and to some degree they can be or atleast you can do one while doing the other.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Whist you can farm without powerleveling, can you really power level without farming?

    [/ QUOTE ]

You can have 4 people working the ultimate sidekick system while running normal missions and still PL just fine I'd think. As long as you run the 50s missions and someone TP's the two lowbies around that is
  23. Unless Dark is different on a brute than it is to a scrapper I found while levelling that Dark Consumption grabs a hell of a lot more agro than an attack of that value should. As I normally used it after an Elude crash this was an issue. The only thing I am thankful for inventions for is no longer needing Elude on my DM/SR and letting me soft cap just fine without it
  24. [ QUOTE ]
    QR

Claws/Willpower was undoubtedly the most fun I had with a toon "out of the box." I'll finish levelling him once my Fire/Fire scrapper maxes out.

Also, off-topic, props to you, Cynic, for the Tim Minchin goodness in the sig (unless I miss my guess)!

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Aye, it is Tim Minchin
