Think its probably too late to close it now, the whole boxed version and all. I was never really for it to start with, rather have had them putting out new arcs themselves than spending this time on a faulty tool that was delivered before it was ready and yet already had to be put back. But then its been a while since an issue release made me smile and I've actually had more joy from the boosters packs and more anticipation for the next one of those than for I15.

Is it normal for an Icey Tanker not to target mobs for most of the fight. I swear I don't remember ever having the experience before although I did recently return after a break from CoH.

My WP/Fire tank doesn't target foes until I've hit at least combustion to make sure I'm grabbing most of the agro, if that hit all of them and they are tight around me I'll probably move on to Fire Sword Circle before I start tabbing around and taunting.

My Ice/DB targets straight away cause I plan to start the weaken combo, or energy torrent to get mitigation from the start.

My Ice/Ice normally lays down a slick before I target and will then hit Energy Absorption. or the other way around, depending on recharge.

So I think the secondary makes a difference as well as the primary. When playing my Ice/Fire blaster on a fast moving team I don't always get around to targeting before the group is dead as I'm working on PBAoEs and LBAoEs, it probably works similar for tanks, if its not a "taunt" moment and you're PBAoE heavy you probably wont be selecting targets as its an unnecessary key use that takes time

That's fairly impressive, I find the TF a bore on a team, Solo it would be a true challenge of my patience. To still be able to think your way around problems against the last AV is impressive

If you go to a trainer you can choose to select your build. The first time you select your second build it will need to be, um, built but after that you can switch back and forth between the two. I think its every 15 minutes (someone correct me if that's not true) that you can select which build you use. You need to buy enhancements for each build but that is no great chore unless you want them both to have the really expensive unique IOs

I blame DSorrow for starting me off soloing AVs on scrappers, which led me to thinking "What can I do with my AoE toons" hence the game of "Does it herd?"

I was answering the OP rather than putting out the same views I put on the locked thread as to what I thought an exploit was. Trying to respect Sing's request and avoid the talks on punishment

I think an exploit is receiving an disproportionate reward for the effort you have put in due to a flaw in the game engine.

I would consider farming with the aid of multi FF generators as an exploit.

I wouldn't consider farming groups only containing bosses as one as the risk there is higher, thus the reward can increase.

I consider leaving your PC logged in with your character inside a mission earning you badges while you sleep the worst kind of exploit (though I did AFK trick or treat the first year they did that so in a way it is something I am guilty of too)

Using the damage proc to kill Hami over and over again for reward I would have considered an exploit had it gone live.

I'm unsure whether Perma Elude and Merma MoG back in the old days were an exploit or not, but they did remove all level of risk from the game. I think I can put them down as poor planning by the devs instead
