Have you seen Slice............. the animation, the sound........ Katana cant top that with its whole set. For the cool looks, Broad Sword wins hands down, Katana may be a more userfriendly set, pretty functional, but in coolness rule it does not. Its left handedness and therefor cring worthyness (just wrong, Broad Sword could be either hand, Katana shouldn't be left, I know animantions dont work on the other side, stance issues etc etc but it still makes me wince)

For my regen I went

1 acc, 3 tohit debuf, 2 rechg

For my /DA I went

1 acc, 3 tohit

And for my /SR

1 acc, 3 tohit, 1rechg, 1endred is the plan (SR is very slot hungry anf poor ToF is having to wait for the last three until next level)

From playing 4 different DM scrappers I would genuinely not bother with the debuff on anything but ToF. Especially with the recent nerf.

Looks pretty good actually, not sure about the second blast attack, did like the look of orbiting death in its place, am trying to avoid being too blastery in my Epic. Is the stealth as good as Cloak Of Darkness? If so I can navigate missions with it and Super Jump, not need on the stacking stealth from SS (which I tend to just run into people with, am a bad SSer)

Cheers mate............ the power names mean so little....... Digital Desire and I were ina pub called The Hobbit on Saturday, and they had guest Ales. I read the list and I swear they looked like a power set. I know where the Devs get their power names from now. Real ales!

CE is good for when you are soloing, if you solo on relentless killing foes and still having the end to run AA is rare.

AA is great for teaming. AA is great for soloing on low levels. AA is great for saving your donkey when you've bitten off more than you can chew.

AA+CE+Jack Frost and all the foes move in slow mottion. They have very little in the way of attacks either, cause their recharge is ruined. The only slow power I'd question for PvE is Shiver, the two toggles are lovely, they stack well and they give you options.

OK I know its early and I haven't got to 50 yet, but have tried to build a controlling/tanking human/dwarf build and really cant seem to do it. Seen a few all human builds, seen a few full shapeshifter builds. The only human/dwarf builds I've seen are for PBs

Is this possible?

Mostly when I'm building a character I try to find an existing build and alter it, or I ask MaX for a build and alter that. I can personallise builds but unless I really know the powersets well I can build from the ground up.

Please help me, I dont want my first day after hitting 50 to just be sat staring at the power screen, I will need some direction

Yeah, JK, as vile as it is, takes ages so pads out an attack chain..........

A rechg in Shadow Maul makes one hell of a difference, not had them in the other attacks though (and I must remember I have quickness)

I'd probably go with MA/DA, using your stun and stealthyness. As has been said wont be able to replicate stalker cause of lack of AS, but can use stealth, control and good single target damage to get some sort of effect

I'd put a second end rdx in Acrobatics as its higher end cost than the 3 basic shields.

I'd probably pick up Conserve Power before Focused Acuracy too, but as its a level 50 build that's not really important I guess.

Would get more out of the end reduces putting one in CoD and 1 in Acrobatics than the 3rd in the shields, I think that's all I'd move around. Without Air Sup I wouldn't have an attack chain, but you have rechg in the attacks and hasten so that should even it up

and an end redx in Greater Ice Sword rather than the second rchg in Bitter Ice Blast I think, Greater Ice Sword needs it

I know some people dont like cones but Frost Breath is a good attack for a dominator, as you're close to the action you can actually hit a lot of the mobs with your cone
