Lets spell it out shall we, the problem isnt the gratz thread its your frustration at being unable to keep your team thread on the first page, this can simply be corrected without the whining by adding a post to your thread....simple solutions always seem the most difficult to see eh!!
As for your LRTF attempt i wish you the best off luck, have a look on the forums for some help, the key to it is having the best team build for the job...im sure Lon can offer some advice as ive never failed it anytime he has lead the team
