A quiet stillness slowly descended over the Rogue Isles and Paragon City. Lord Recluse surveyed his inner circle and watched their reactions. Mako was frustrated and wanted to unleash his blood lust and Scirocco stood there, silently wishing to be part of the battle. Ghost Widow pursed her ethereal lips and thought of the intricate manipulations she could have made. Black Scorpion just stood there, staring blankly into space while his technicians worked.
In Paragon City, Statesman gave word to the rest of the Freedom Phalanx not to interfere. DJ Zero knew what was going down, and the Midnighters kept the hallway between universities clear. Submariner Janus finished tuning his engines and awaited his fares. Lady Grey stood there and sternly watched heroes and villains cross over, knowing that they could help her in Vanguard’s efforts against the Rikti.

At 8 PM Eastern, Heroes, Vigilantes and Rogues assembled in Independence Port, there was a giant octopus named Lusca that needed taken care of.

Vigilantes, Villains and Rogues made their way to Thorn Isle in Nerva Archipelago, and gathered their numbers and began their hunt to draw out Caleb.
