Ok and yet another Captain vote request has been p.m.'d.

We still have 1 more Captain vote out but based on what votes are in we already have a majority in favor of banning office, cave and Eden. Original Op has been changed to reflect that.

Ok enough votes are in to have a majority for the point system value change.

The new scoring system is as follows and the original Op has been edited. This will go in to effect starting next weeks fight night.

4 points for a win
2 for a tie
2 for a loss

Ok scores have been updated and Captain votes have been sent out so check your p.m. boxes plz.

Also I need to reiterate something. 9:45 EST lineups must be in. This is not optional. You guys signed up for a specific fight night at a specific time. Tonight 2 teams got lucky that they happened to be fighting another team that was also running late and short handed and the Captains were willing to postpone the time a bit. When this happens and the other team is not so agreeable then being late with lineups is an automatic forfeit. (One of these teams actually sent in a lineup on time even though shorthanded so yeah not talking to you specifically.)

You cannot vote for your team, only your Captain can, which he did. If he would like to adjust his vote he is more than welcome to send me a p.m. to do so.

The rules are set up for default. Teams are required to follow the default rules. I am not going to require them to follow rules that Captains are negotiating between themselves. For example enlarging or lessening team sizes or rescheduling matches. Teams could agree to 5v5 and if I am going to enforce they have to fight 5v5 then they could fake some dc's and claim they don't have 5. By league rules they are only required to have 3 for default. So if I can't enforce the rules or penalize them across the board then what is the point of trying to at all?

Allowing Captains to negotiate extra stuff is there for the teams that are looking or needing those negotiations. They are however not what the League was set up for which is 3v3 and matches on Saturday nights.

Any Captains that would like to change their stalker votes are more than welcome to send me a p.m. and do so.

Beyond that the vote is the vote and hopefully everyone can have fun regardless. I personally don't think all stalker lineups are going to be a big deal. Based on the rosters there is only 1 team that I am aware of that even has 3 people decent on stalker on it. I am pretty sure they only switched to them in the final round out of frustration of the double buffer lineup they were facing.

As far as when it is 4v4 or 5v5 which is where all stalkers becomes really scary. Remember that is an option and no team is obligated to play it. If your team agrees to do 5v5 and that lineup is submitted with all stalkers or anything else extra gai you by default can refuse to play it and resubmit lineups of 3v3. Which is what I would advise any smart Captain to do. Realize though that once you start the match then you are held to that lineup and amount of players officially.

Damn I must be slow headed today. I got stumped on the Watt and ewe and couldn't manage to put it together.

Basically the problem is that when we scheduled this event I had 3 Pvpec reps on this server that were going to take turns running wednesday nights kickball. 2 of them have left the PvPec and the other one I haven't seen in a couple of weeks.

Basically my schedule just doesn't work for Wednesday nights though I keep trying. So basically I think I am going to have to can this event or maybe other people will volunteer to be PvPEC reps to run it. <hint hint>

Ok the votes have been tabulated.

The restrict stalker's to 2 per match vote was 3 in favor of it and 5 against a limit. So no stalker limits for those that are not mathematicians.

The restrict the map selections to ban the cage match was 5 in favor of it and 3 against it. So from here on out cage match is banned.

I think free costume tokens should be nerfed. Why should some one just because they are a Veteran longer than I am have more free costume tokens? It is not fair. I want a gazillion of them stored up with no possible use for them too. Ohh wait.....

I sent 2 different vote proposals to each Captain, please let me know if you didn't receive either of them.

Rosters updated and this weeks fight schedule is posted. GLHF guise.

The cutoff time for new rosters is monday night at midnight EST, so I will post it after that cutoff each week.

I have had a few people ask me about more teams joining now that season has started. (btw did any one actually read the rules? )

Anyways the rules were set up to encourage teams to join throughout the season. So yeah joining late might make it hard to actually win but the team can at least compete and with some good matches at least stand a chance at winning. So tell your friends! The more teams, the better!

I was really enjoying this thread then I read this sentence and the pervert in my kicked out all the other info I had already absorbed.
