It all depends on if the artist has a queue and RL. Personally I don't mind waiting as long as it isn't over 4 months. Now that might change depending on who the artist is and how detailed the work is.
Though if the artist doesn't have a queue or a very big one I'd expect to see a ruff sketch within a month.

Personally I don't like critiques unless I specifically ask for them. Now there are times when I may have done something just wrong(I've accidentally made 2 left hands twice in the past). If the critique is put in a nice way I wont mind, if it's put like " EVERYTHINGS WRONG!!! That eye is quarter millimeter off, his hair is to pointy, there's to much green I hate green." I try to ignore it. Generally I think if you don't show your own work on a public forum or not an artist you don't have the right to criticize art.

Unfortunately My all my screenshots were lost when I had to restore my computer from a virus last summer.
This is the oldest that still is dated but This One may actually be older.

The first one is of my Blaster Star Lad in his original costume witnessing a lady being robbed by Paragons Cities Air, so much for a City of Heroes. The Second one is in the Shadow Shard staring my main hero Crestent and a bunch of other Freedomites, I believe it is the tf before Faathim The Kind.

Well this is a piece that I had completed already and I had a copy of it right after I inked it, I plan to reink it digitally later.

Well I did some coloring of a piece that is already done and recolored it digitally.

I'm quiet happy with my first digital piece, but I still need to explore Photoshop more and check out Corel Painter.

Today for the first time I'm a owner of a tablet!!!!!!!!
I got a Wacom Intous 4x6 with a sensitivity of 1024. So hopefully I can get it installed and play around with it tonight.
