Nope, not all the months are full yet, I'm still deciding. I'd be happy if you contributed art(less work for me).
Due to the nature of the project most will have to be line work(I have to add some unnecessary stuff to the images). If you have any other questions send me a PM.

Yes I can, not sure about school though, they usually block some sites once it is visited a few times depending on what it is.
