Hey people.
I know there are some of you out there who either have, or enjoy making builds in mids for PvP corruptors. So this is a request for... Rad/Therm Sonic/Pain Dark/Rad and Elec/TA builds.
I'm getting to the point where I feel that hibernate is pointless, it just delays the inevitable, and phase would be better. But then I have to drop Tactics, and I dont want a defence shield so BS's pool is out, at which point my brain starts to melt.
Anyway... Builds Plz.

I have been off the game for awhile, but I enjoyed my ele/wp a lot in PvE and I think it is one of the favored stalker PvP builds currently.

this build any good for PvP?
It doesn't seem like /Ice has much going for it but I already rolled a Mind/Nrg in mids and hate using the same powersets over and over. So with the sets that have Power Boost, /Ice seemed more viable then /Earth if i decided to run this guy through zones later.
I can't play right now, but I'd like to enjoy something in PvE and have it be somewhat viable for PvP possibly at a later time. Let me know what you think. -

Was thinking about running an "elemental" build when I'm able to play again and have been dabbling with it on Mids. Wanted a secondary with Power Boost, have played /Nrg already and not interested in /Earth at the moment. Anyone have insight on this combination? Thanks in advance.

I read this from a lot of posters awhile ago and decided to conduct a "PvP IO farming experiment". About four months ago, I rolled up a Elec/WP Stalker, ran him through AE and hit the zones; I decided to give it a week to rule out any lucky drops. I know I had a lot of free time on my hands, but it worked out decent and they sold well on the market. Some have said that I was lucky, so YMMV based on time availability etc. -

I guess SC will turn into BB+WB before i get back to play...too bad. -

Of course, I'm kinda partial to PB's - that whole "siphoning corpses" necro thing
that WS's do is a bit gruesome, and offputting to me...
Not to say it isn't powerful, or even fun for some folks, but I'll stick with PB's
myself (my highest WS, after several attempts to like them, is only in the mid 20's).

I've got 3 PB and 3 WS and like em all. Each one built differently, all capable of getting the job done. WS is more efficient, however.

1) I was on vacation from working overseas and had the time to waste
2) I solo'd and didn't split the drops with anyone
Not sure if the system is working as intended, but I wasn't unhappy with the results. -

Understood. If I was a big name somebody that played CoX, I would do a 15min commercial deal for free if it meant more ppl playing the game and possibly more fun for me. Just give me some of that crap they pass out at the conventions like the Praetorian Clockwork costume etc.
Also, as the saying goes...you have to spend money to make money. If spending x amount of the budget means you can substantially increase your player base, seems like itd be worth it. The Marketing Dept could even submit free "recriutment" vids periodically on media like Youtube. Just saying... -
Not something in our control, but Just like WoW gets Mr T and Ozzy to promote (which Im sure they dont play), why not find some stars that get CoXd up for real and do some TV/magazine runs? Always thought seeing Jessica Alba and Biel doing CoX commercials in superhero/vill outfits would be a winner.

That helps (it contibutes a small but not insignificant amount and means you don't have to spend so many slots building for +dam in addition to everything else), but it's also for the +percep, +tohit, and res(-percep) in Tactics.

As far as melee's go, the +perc from leadership is nice, but not at the expense of staming/hurdle/swift or health (at least imho).
I have a spines/wp (spines may be a little more endo hungry than elec). I find that I am running out of endurance (or getting low such that I would have to turn either SS or SJ off for a bit), now mind you my play style is attack attack attack. I would never fiteklub this guy (at least seriously); spines just does not have the juice to take down big targets, elec might and therefore would probably need stamina.
My elec/reg would get leadership though. Low endo usage, no +perc. -

Sounds like fun. Only one problem though, I'm not gonna be able to play much during double exp this weekend. Its the anniversary of when I met my fiance and spending time with her is more important than playing this game. It might be a while before I hit 50 with a Pistols blaster. When I do though it'll be a blast(or 2 or 3).

PvE - Elec/WP, with tough and + end bonus'...feels like a Scrapper. No need to hit, run, hide and repeat...I know its blasphemy, but I enjoy duking it out.
