Just started an MM and have a question about /Dark. I know that primaries & secondaries can have different values depending on what AT they are ported to. Is a /Dark MM closer to a Defender or Corruptor or is there no difference? Thanks in advance.

SNL did a spoof last night that started off with The Scarf and The Smock, then devolved into a bunch of wacky superheroes involving clothing items.

I don't fiteklub but it looks like your just going to get "lol" responses...maybe something like Dark/Nin or Em/Regen. Fiteklub toons don't necessarily translate into great zone toons though.

So, I've frankenslotted with cheap sets while levelling and finally got myself to level 50 last weekend. My attacks vary from 81% to 92% damage and from 42% to 69% accuracy.
However especially on single targets I'm really just plinking them. Against anything with significant s/l resistance (crey tanks or freakshow are the worst offenders) impale and ripper do less than 100 damage. Against common enemies like longbow and arachnos I'm hitting for low 120s. When lieut's have 860hp+ and bosses 2600+ it's really making me feel like a joke.
with my first i19 respect I grabbed assault (because I team often enough that the leadership powers often get stacked) and that helped a bit. I'm going to get both the endurance/range and the damage alphas this weekend and play with them to see which I like better.
Any recommendation on slotting for spines in general? Should I heavily drop procs into all attacks? Is there a good way to get the achiles heel into a spins/nin build? -
On one stalker I have 3 x acc/dmg HOs and 3 x dmg procs and on the other, 4pc Mako with 2 x dmg procs.

I agree, but my point is since this is considered an important tool by many...it is too bad the devs don't have someone to support it. I can remember when Mids wasn't updated for a couple of issues sometime after i13 and I was a little disappointed.

It's just too bad there can't be a dedicated dev to run Mids. I can't complain b/c these guys do a great job and it seems thankless overall, but it sucks waiting for issue updates etc. Even now, I'm having a hard time figuring out PvP bonus' or never knowing how DR factors into the numbers is frustrating. Thanks guys.

Is there a reason the game developers don't sponsor a Mids type function (or do they chip into the program)? The 1st cpl of years of playing I was overseas and basically ran around on toons haphazardly, but now I can't imagine how I functioned without Mids. I know there are people out there that say they calculate sets etc in their heads and build from there, but it still takes me a few minutes to simply calculate 20% tips when eating out. Just curious what has been said about this in the past since I couldn't find anything. Thanks in advance.

I have a Cold/Storm Controller at 50 but I made almost all of it teamed with the usual Tanks and Blasters. I was not worried about doing damage because they took care of it. Now here I am trying to defeat Trapdoor solo and he Regens faster than I can hurt him. I'm slowly building sets but I'm not dedicated to anything on the build yet so she's kind of a blank canvass with SOs and IOs.
Where should I be looking for damage from these powersets? I can lock down the battlefield well enough but single-target damage I just don't have. Help! -

As long as you know what you're getting into, but sounds like you realize that there is a big difference between the way powers work in PvE vs PvP. There's SC and RV zone play as well as arena matches for the most part on Freedom. As far as zone, some live by SC and others by RV...personal preference. I don't know if there is a Freedom PvP league currently, but someone that arenas can answer that one.
You don't have to be a min/max type as long as you realize a lot of ppl you run into are and prefer to play FOTMS as opposed to playing "sh*tty toons" as someone pointed out in another thread recently. Some players are casual PvPers and want to have fun vs other players that want to have fun being competetive.
Why don't you post what toons you have available/what you are looking for and the experts will be able to sort them out for you.

I just see things a little differently b/c more times than not, I'm overseas and not able to play as much as I'd like to. I can't remember the last time I found anything I wanted to complain about in CoX b/c I'm usually just thrilled to play.
I hope the devs give you the options you are looking for man.
