  2. Well 'if' the contact was 'Null the Gull' then there is no reason they couldn't place him/her/it or one of it's counterparts on various maps...

    Somewhere like: Atlas Park Town hall roof, Top of Atlas' globe, On Atlas' Heel, On top of buildings (With fire exit ladders), Top of Kings row Paragon Coin (Behind Blue Steel), etc.

    You get the idea, standard contacts tend to be stood around, they ought to have some seated and some like Null sitting almost anywhere.

    And I think the reason it would be an NON callable contact is to prevent players toggling it as rapidly as the options version would allow.

    If you set it and later decide to change it you have to go find the/another NPC.

    These NPC's would mean AE farmers would have to leave the AE building to change settings.
    (Unless they fixed the AE lift to give you the option of going to the Lobby/Hospital/Main Floor/Vendor/Roof, and put an NPC like 'Null' there, or even on one of the Main AE Floor outside ledges.)

    It will let CoHBeta work, under US T&C (due to changing the launcher) but every other game you launch by it gets the same US T&C.

    I don't yet know what effect it will have on NCSoft games other than CoH...

    As they want us on the Beta Server to help test the new iTrial, it should be on their FIX list, alongside the Character Copy Tool!

    Well if I was asked for my opinion...
    For a Blaster, The ranged attacks that might KB set to actually do KD, and only the low damage blaster melee attack(s) would KB.
    Used as an I'm a squishy get outta my face NAO!

    But I'm sure you get the idea.

    The Pain Domination powerset is available as a secondary powerset for Masterminds.
    Now I would like to see a Kinetic Blast/Assault, aka a ranged version of Kinetic Melee, especially as this would potentially use the same cast animations and would thematically work alongside /Kinetics.

    15 Pocket D's

    A Tutorial Glitch, dumped me into a full Atlas Park 1 rather than a less busy one, was ok for me as a semi vet, but this will need fixing for new players.

    Lag, based on my normal game settings:
    Movement: Reasonable
    Powers: Intermittent
    Collision Detection: Intermittent
    Blueside Tram/Train: 2 Minute delay to board the train (From a FULL Atlas Park 1)

    I'm using an old P4 XP PC with 3GB Ram and Sapphire 4650 HD AGP 1GB graphics card.

    And yes my normal game settings are Maximum Detail and High Ultramode.
    (Wanted a load lag comparison to normal under the same settings )

    And you only need it on 1 character per account as it is an account wide badge, 1 gets it the whole account gets it

  13. Quick FYI, Both EUCoHTest and CoHTest are now identical.

    I would hope that Paragon Studios would nudge NCSoft to tweak the launcher files to consider them identical listings.

    By dropping the US/EU and merging them into a single listing.

    (EUCoH and CoH could also get the same treatment in the launcher.)
  14. The short sleeve options on the jackets w/sleeves don't take into account the chest options for the upper arms and default to skin.

    IMO all jackets should be combined into one category, giving an additional sleeve option of none and all the shoulder pieces from the sleeveless versions.

    The same for robes/robes w/sleeves.

    For an example of correct long/short/no sleeves have a look at the trenchcoat stand alone jacket with any body type (White metallic for example) and choose the different sleeve options, compared with the standard jackets w/sleeves official and the new steampunk short lacy sleeves, showing skin even if the chest is as in my suggested example above white metallic. (AKA polished chrome)

  16. Actually if you check there are several pieces as well as the new ones that need dual color fixing, both of the ladies wedding pack tops, crab SoA gloves (Including bladed).

    Others such as monsterous feet need to include several pattern options that are available for standard feet alongside the skin/hairy/reptile/fur options we currently have.

  23. Well hopefully when the pack goes live or shortly after they will consider tweaking the other existing backpack type items into costume ones...

    For example: (As colorable animating costume pieces like the rocket boots.)
    1. Minibooster Jetpack
    2. Raptor Pack
    3. Zero G Pack

    And other items such as the Resistance Glowing Backpiece.
    It should allow for Military backpacks and so on in future...
