  2. Regarding "our" Incarnates...

    It would be nice if our level shift(s*) actually reduced the number of players required to start a TF/SF by 1 per shift.

    Additionally if they were then set to allow or block "Level Reduced" Incarnate abilities as a challenge option, it would help.

    This would mean for example if an incarnate ability did say 300 damage normally, on a level 10 iChallenge TF/SF it would do 6 damage/level so 60 damage during the task, rather than be unavailable as now.

    * Level Shifts not iTrial Shifts, ATM only a Tier 3+ Alpha has it.
    Level Reduced as in iAbilities: TF/SF Level * (iAbility/50)

    The Chat Speechbubble icon is the QuickChat.mnu Popmenu.
    You may want to reassign yours with another filename and top menu name and reload CoH, you will find that will in most cases fix it.

    Notes for new Popmenu users:
    1. It is an undocumented feature with NO support, which is why BindLoadFile doesn't work with it.
    2. quickchat.mnu is the internal filename for the Chat windows Speechbubble Emotes Menu, be careful of overriding the original as you can lose it's functionality.
    3. The Popmenu command uses the menu title and not the Popmenu's filename.
    4. Buffing characters can set their numberpads to select team members then call up a popmenu of their buffs.
  5. Well I have GR and am also a VIP so I know I can.
    At the first Creation screen (Where it shows origin.) you should see a CoH/CoV combined logo/banner above a Praetorian one, if you click the Praetorian one you can still start the character as a Praetorian.
  6. May be something to do with the change to bind/macro parsing.
    The one that does the first (leftmost) bind/macro item last.

    I had to rework all my Kheldian targeting binds a short while back, around the time of GR, because the original binds had stopped working, they changed from woking as intended (targeting a void for example) to targeting the next mob after the void, the info on this is in the Kheld macro/binds thread tho.
  7. Decorative items in doorways, and the option of the tech mission double doors, a mid position warehouse roll up door and a mid position sewer iris door and similar.

    Let me guess you have a 64 bit System with ATI GFX Card and 11.8 CCC Drivers?

    And you have both FSAA and Ambient Occlusion Quality set.
    Try turning one of these two off.

    Further down the list should be a standard screen resolution listing that is identical but without the (Desktop) on it try that, as they recently added (i21) a windowed/fullscreen on the fly toggle which may be causing your (Desktop) mode issues.

    Additionally, the loading screens are currently stuck in a 4:3 format.

    Im just a passionate player who sticks up for my fellow EU players when i feel we are being treated poorly. I agree that i am perhaps too vocal about this ongoing situation but thats my downfall [one of many ] and just feel strongly that these downtime situations could have been handled a lot better.
    For example if we had even had a bit more notice at the start of the month saying that there will be multiple and long downtime to increase the server and hardware, then yes there would have been still "Are you kidding me!?" posts but a lot more people would have understood. To myself personally it feels a little "sneaky" that they have been posting these downtime notices VERY late in our night/early about the following morning.
    This plus the fact we were having these issues prior to the forum merger, which the NA players would not of seen the EU posts about...

    Another way to solve it would be to redirect your www. to your non www or visa versa.

    Oh and Snow Globe, I hope your item count for the bundles is taking into account that for each item, if there is a male, female and huge version of it, that it counts as 3 costume items not 1 in the eyes of the devs and the cost to create these pieces.

    Also the barbarian Pack comes with A shield (with 2 additional spike options) and 4 Weapons.
    2 Maces, an ornate Sword and an Axe.
  17. Regarding the treatment of the EU community:
    1. We still only get a maximum of a 6 month sub. (6+1 during promos.)
      Compared to the NA 12 month (12+2).

    2. Downtimes during peak hours.

    3. Accounts and Globals second place to NA ones.
      1. Even NA banned accounts took priority over EU paying accounts during the server list merger.

      2. And for those who are unaware the NA/EU lists were merged prior to both the Trial account rename and any opportunity for players with both NA & EU accounts to rename theirs as appropriate.

        I'm still sore that I lost my global to a confirmed INACTIVE NA account.

    4. Find most events are in the early hours of the morning:
      Last Thursdays and Mondays Costume Comps 1:30 AM BST! (2:30 AM CEST!)

      I must however thank the DEVS for the earlier Friday one, 9:30 PM BST.

    5. As for EU events, the only CoH one in Europe recently was an unofficial one!
      Note the following 2 EU events that NCsoft will be attending...
      And you guessed it NO Paragon Studios.

  18. Possibly due to a plan to remove titles such as king and similar by the devs, The "The" is also available as an ingame title so it may of been caught by a semi implemented system that's all but inactive. (Except it seems for the Resistance.)

  19. Both methods work, clicking and selecting play will offer the unlock as will opening a slot and unlocking that way, note during the vip beta the second method was faster, as the direct unlock seemed to take about a minute or two.

    If they are similar then we could surely get the pet version as Granite Armor with all of it's customization options intact.

    Quick FYI these are Account Wide Global Costume Slots.

    Pay 800, and every single alt and new character on that account gains an additional costume slot.

    Yes from your 5 costume slot level 50's with the Halloween Salvage slot unlocked, to a new level one will all gain an additional costume slot!

    If this works like the Convention Costume Codes then it will work with a Stalkers Hide (1.), Stealth IO's, Illusion Controllers Group Invisibility and having the Grant Invisibility Pool Power used on you, as these are not Mutually Exclusive with other Stealth Powers.

    Psi: Minimally resisted (Any mob with resistance to it has about 99%)
    Dark: PBAoE Self Buffs and Self Rez (The only Corrupter APP/PPP set to have this.)
