Hi mate - don't know about the amount it increases it by - DC is the one who told me about that.
As for stone brutes and attack chains, well with 7 attacks I find that with no SB or Hasten fisty can be left with a 2-3 second gap in his chain - mind you - that's not really a problem cos u can sit there and take it - plus those 2-3 seconds gives you time to fire off taunt again. -
IIRC the slow in Siphon Speed actually increases the speed boost (and recharge boost) you get from it.

Sure thing mate - I'll post fisty's build when I get home - in terms of tips though:
Endurance - without SB you're an end hog - I slot all my attacks with 2 end 2 dam 1 acc (ET 1 end 3 dam 1 acc 1 rec)
Speed - 3 slot swift!
Defense - Granite puts you very near the defense cap with 2 SO's - but you still get a small benefit by putting 4 dam res in instead of 3 - and every bit counts
Tough - get it it helps!
Hasten is a must have as is Teleport as your travel power.
In terms of the Epic - I like Scirocco as the Ball Lightning does decent damage and also helps me keep the aggro on me.
Mud pots is a total end hog too - 3 end 1 dam in that one I think
Weave is a debatable one - I'm probably going to respec into it, losing my pet when we get the patron respecs - its another 5ish percent Def and you can't argue with more defense
Longbow grenades are a pain in the [censored] as you've seen :P watch the display and if more than 2 stack on you hit Earths Embrace straight away, if it goes more than 4 I activate demonic at which point ur safe as houses - if that's unavailable - purps or leg it!
Get yourself a good kin! As luck would have it both Lady and I now have Kins coming through (she's at 32 I'm at 5 :P) so hopefully we'll have enough support for you
Powers to avoid.... Stun - its meh, Barrange - its meh too. Other than that you want the whole EM set.
On the Stone Armour side its two builds really - one pre granite where you have all the armous (don't get brimstone though its meh) and one post granite where you can lose most things (as you'll live in granite anyway).
My current alpha strike is:
Buildup, (Fulcrum please) Ball Lightning, Electrifying Fences, Whirling Hands, Target Boss - ET, TF (boss dead). You may lose BU by the time you get to TF though.
I assume we'll see you in the kings row Nem run soon then -
Oh - one other thing - as we're filling up fast I think we should come up with a rule for number of alts and move the others to the other SG we bought.....
I'd suggest no more than 3 toons per person in the main SG? We want the active ones in there though so people should be able to chop and change around easily.

Just so you know the Base will be offline this afternoon from about 12:30 I should think - new and improved layout coming in preparation for our (hopefully) getting the larger generator. Hope to have it all back on by 6 (takes AGES!) -

For the RSF just grab yourself a fresh set of shivans mate and a tray of 2/3 Purps and 1/3 Reds

Morning guys - few things here - first up the current schedule (shout if you want to do something that isn't here btw!)
Tonight: Alt-Night - roll up something and see if we like it - starting about 8:30 cos I'd like to see about doing Respec 2 beforehand quickly (ie under 30 mins). Oh and possibly a bit more Fake Nem farming after

Oh and if that wasn't enough I'm looking to video a dummy practise raid to make a recruitment video for us to stick on a new recruitment thread I'll start up - got a few new members at the w/e (welcome!) but more fresh blood is always good

Easy way to avoid the 14 days thing - DON'T pay rent as soon as you're asked to - ignore the request until your generator shuts down - THEN pay - the 14 day counter is from when you pay it each time you see [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

We've heard that Teleporters might be getting an aux attachment to tp u back to mish door after defeat - I don't remember seeing anything about more zone attachements though - but the name "Basic" Teleporter gives hope of there being an "Advanced" version one day [img]/uk/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

OK so here's my possible thinking to save time tonight.
First mission, assaulting longbow base, is where we lose the most time plowing through all those longbow.
I suggest the following (if we have the right powers):
Objectives are:
Plant bombs, Kidnap Scientist, Kill Crimson, Kill 20 of the flying things.
Well I can easily get to the bombs, myself and one other go and deal with these.
If the scientist is in the first building then we swim around to come out near where the building is with Crimson in. (Meaning we should be able to just walk past the longbow)
If he's not then so much the better as the same team then goto second building and plant the mines there and run the hostage in.
Meanwhile the rest of the team who have flight take on the Chasers (ideally in mid air without using -fly powers) They only normally have a few Eagles as cover.
When they're done I tp the team to the final building and we finish up as normal. I reckon we could shave up to 15 mins off by doing this.....
Any thoughts? and do we have many fliers? (figure we'd need at least 4).
Also think we can get the malta done more easily too - its not kill all so once we have the key by killing the GM I can plow past the mobs, clear a hole outside the "Varmits" room and shave off maybe... 5 mins.
Future Phalanx is quick anyway (so long as fat-boy BaB remembers he CAN jump [img]/uk/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img])
Can't think of much saving to be made on Violators except for making sure we tp ahead wherever poss.
After that the biggest time saving of course is if we get lucky pulls - and it pretty much is just that. -
Yay for new episode and yay for the Television contact [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] good stuff matey... I have a plan for shaving time off the RSF too - will post here after I feed. (no fine meats and cheese sadly)

As to your build Lady...
So many nice powers in there and its going to be a great RSF toon.
I'd suggest the following little tweaks:
Take one end redux from assault - move it to an int-redux in Aid Self (2 Int Redux and you can normally fire it even through DoT - 1 doesn't seem to be enough).
Take one of your spare slots and pop an end redux on Speed Boost - it can be quite draining to boost up a whole team (especially if you choose to buff pets - I'd personally only do their major pets - obviously the all powerful oni deserves two! [img]/uk/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img])
Take your other spare slot - pop it as a TH_Buff on Tactics.
Now this one is a little contraversial but I think it has merit...
Drop Shriek, take instead Siren's Song (shocking I know to suggest a sleep). BUT! I would slot Siren's Song with 2 acc and one redux, then move the two of the now 3 spare slots to Tactics again - more TH_Buff - you've just added an ACC SO to ALL your powers (I think - the math behind TH_Buff vs Acc is a bit complex).
Now here's why I'd take Siren's song... two reasons: 1 - its a panic button... Someone aggros a mob more than we can handle, you line up your 40 degree cone and sleep them - they're out of action for 30 seconds. Now on a lot of teams this wouldn't work cos someone would fire an AoE in and wake them up - but most of our teams are composed of pretty well trained players so you should be OK.
Reason b) - I have read that fulcrum doesn't disturb Siren's Song... so now you can Sleep a mob, walk in, fulcrum, and then drop your Dreadful Wail. Instantly dead mob - risk to you: Not much. I might be wrong again - but I'd say its worth it for reason a) alone. (I stand ready to receive a broadside of criticism [img]/uk/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] )
That one spare slot you're left... hmmm Slap another Def Buff on Vengeance I think.

Build looks very solid Helioss mate - minor suggestion would be you prolly only need one flight speed in hover as when you siphon ur pretty much at the cap. Slots could go into fly and maybe and end redux in speed boost? I find that boosting an 8 person team left my defender gasping a bit - though she doesn't have stamina.

Oh and this weds RSF run may well not start till 7:30 guys as I'm playing badminton after work (yes I know its shocking... sparky in exercise shocker). -

Little event for us here guys - Saturday evening I'd like for us to have a go at getting the Fusion Generator Badge.
Now we know its bugged so that its not awarding as it should (for at total of 50 hours in a PvP Zone in SG mode - thats total for the whole SG btw not for an individual).
But my thought is that a couple of badges in the past have been bugs where the "counter" has been resetting - my theory is that the counter resets when you leave the zone - hence we've not got the badge...
So - the plan is simple. As many of us as possible (10 would be awesome) park up in bloody bay having all started a SF of some kind (so you don't auto-log - I tried this last night in Sirens and worked a charm (pissed off some bod who had me as his bounty target mind :P )) And we just leave our PC's in and logged in overnight. With 10 of us we'll easily get the 50 hours and HOPEFULLY wakeup Sun Morning to have a shiny new badge! Anyone up for joining me? -
