Ok, that wasn't as cool as I expected. In fact it went beyond expected and out the other side!
I think I'm a Super Villain!!?!?
Ok, here's what happened.
The plan was to get those stupid jocks and their [censored] cheerleader girlfriends. I had it all sorted, I was waiting on the roof of the school gym with a perfect view of the doors where I knew they would leave. In fact, it started perfectly!
So they come out of the doors, all laughing and giggling to themselves, morons that they are, no doubt they've just made some poor kid look stupid again. This is it, I thought, this is were I get my revenge.
I jumps off the roof right in front of them, scaring the [censored] out of the girls, you should have heard them scream, it was great! Then that loser Roberts looks at me and realises who it is.
"Yo, Wimp, that you? What the hell you doing scaring my ladies? You a mentalist or something?!?" he says to me, all tough and cocky.
"I owe you, Roberts, you and your friends!" says me.
"You owe me? YOU owe ME?!" He says, starting to laugh. Of course this sets his friends off.
That was it, I saw red. I know I've always had a temper, you would too if you had a dad like mine, always making you feel bad and beating on your mom, but this time I really started to lose it. I started screaming and running at him without thinking, not remembering to turn my powers on. Without, I'm just plain old Horace Wimp, so not surprisingly, Roberts just grabbed my head and left me standing there like an idiot.
Then I surprised him. I was still furious, but managed to come to my senses a bit. I stopped, concentrated for a second and the black mist started to cover me. Man, you should have seen the look on his face, he totally got scared! He let go of my head and I just stood staring at him, grinning. I think that freaked him out most, actually. They all started backing away from me, looking more scared by the second. That's when I flew at Roberts.
I grabbed his jacket and just....picked him up. Both hands. Right up in the air. I'm stood there holding this guy above my head and he's shrieking like a little girl! At this point, I threw him against a wall. That's when his friends came at me. The first one, Eric something, threw a punch at me that normally would have taken my head off, but to me it was just like slow motion. I grabbed his hand before it could hit me and just stood holding his fist. He tries to pull away, but he's got no chance now. Before he's even had chance ot blink, I throw one of my single, strong punches at him, not too hard though, I'm annoyed, but I'm no killer. He drops like a sack of potatoes!
Hehe, by this point the girls are screaming and the rest of the football players are all backing off, looking at each other and not sure what to do. Fools, after a short pause, they all decided to rush me! I just launch into a massive flurry of punches and next thing they know, they are all on the floor! Brilliant! Let them laugh at me now!
As I look around though, I see all the girls have gone, except one. Seems Stacey Benson has a bit more guts than I thought she had cos she's on the floor, in tears, next to Roberts who's laid in a heap next to the wall I threw him at. I goes over to them and stands over them, wondering what to do next. I know what I wanna do, but I don't like the idea of forcing anything on her, I just want revenge for making me look stupid at the prom.
I grabs her by her hair and pulls her up. She's sobbing and begging me to let her go, man this is great, she'll never make me look stupid again. Next thing I know my jaw explodes and I'm laid on the floor, halfway across the damn street!
I try to stand up and my head is spinning. I dunno what hit me but damn, it hurt. Luckily I seem to be ale to recover quickly now, especially if I have my shield up. Takes the brunt of it. Not this time though. I look around trying to work out what the hell hit me and then I see the witch.
Stood in the middle of the path, right in front of the losers is this girl in a pink outfit. Short, but thin, with long red hair and a mask on. Great, a Hero, that's all I need.
"Back off sister, I owe these guys a kicking!"
She just looks at me and stands there, not saying anything, like some judge deciding what to do with me.
"You're not hurting these people. Understand?" she says, not moving. Damn this witch is annoying. So bloody sure of herself. Well, I thought, I'll show her.
I concentrated and my shield reappeared again. I ran at her, knowing that I could take her and I threw my fast punches at her. She dodged the whole damn lot of them!
"What the fu.."
My jaw then exploded as her leg came from nowhere and knocked me flying!
"Nice shield" she says, "Wanna see mine?" she says, looking at me with a grin on her face. Then the weird thing happened. As I'm watching, the same black mist that covers me started to cover her as well! I panicked then and starting throwing punches at her without thinking. I don't think I managed to connect with any of them, she either moved out of the way or blocked them with her arms. Then I'm on the floor again thanks to one her kicks! Sod this, I thinks, I'm out of here, the losers will wait!
"Another time, witch!" I shouts turning to run.
"Anytime.....Horace" she replies, with a smile.
Oh hell, she knew who I was!
Anyway, I got home and started racing round my room, in a mad panic! What the hell was I gonna do?!? She knew who I was! Man, I was totally freaking out! I grabbed the book and stashed it outside in the garden, I have a little hiding place in the bushes that no one knows about so I know it will be safe there for now and I headed back up to my room to get this diary and some clothes. I was gonna hide out for a while. That's when I heard the sirens and saw the flashing blues through the window. That WITCH had turned me in!
Next thing I know I'm in the police station with my mom, trying to make out it wasn't me and that I was being framed! I knew I couldn't use my powers then, if I did that was it, I'd have been admitting it was me, but it was no good, they knew. So I decided to bide my time, wait for the best time to get away. Trouble is, I left it too late and I was arrested and sent down. Damn judge decided to make an example of me as well. Turns out the Paragon City mayor has this idea to stop young kids turning to crime. Anyone of my age who gets caught doing anything majorly wrong is sent to freaking prison!! With all the murderers and psychos! We just get put in a separate section to keep up "safe." Yeah, right!
Anyway, I'm there, locked in the damn Ziggurat with all the really nasty villains that the damn masks have arrested. Had to spend the night there as well. That was not fun! Next morning though, that was something else!
I'm laid in my cell (a cell, can you believe I'm in freaking prison?!?) and there's this massive explosion somewhere nearby! Next thing I know, the automatic doors to my cell open up and I'm free?!? I go outside my cell, real careful, just in case, and it's mayhem out there. All the bad guys in the prison (who, by the way, aren't anywhere near as bad as I thought they would be) are running around, talking to these guys in black costumes who are there to break us all out!
Apparently these guys work for someone called Lord Arachnos, some major league bad guy who is trying to build his army of super powered bad guys. These guys in the black costumes work for him and have caused the breakout to bring him to his place in the Rogue Islands, a set of islands off the coast of the US where he's in charge. How cool is that, owning your own country!!
Anyway, next thing I know, I'm being approached by these goons and asked if I want to sign up. They don't care about how small I am or how young I am, they just see the power I have. Well, it's either that or stay in the Zig and rot, so what else am I gonna do? After being sent to help some guy called Jenkins who went racing ahead like some kind of noob and got himself into trouble, I'm whisked off to Mercy Island and I'm starting a new life as a super villain! Totally cool!!
Still, I owe that witch in pink one, Shrapnel I think her name was. Heh, well, she'll find out what true power is soon enough!
