No, they spawn at the hotspots, apparently, actually in the zone itself. Lots of em appear, from what I've been informed by the US badge hunters over on the CIT forums.

Like I say though, leaves you open to attack from the villains though.

Btw, doing some searching on other badge whor....hunter sites, it appears that it's quicker to get this badge in Sirens Call rather than missions in Warburg.

However, that leaves you open to PvP

I could be up for this, now that Coin is more viable in PvP, could be a good laugh if nothing else

Dropped stun, in the end, takes too long and not as good as TF, really, plus, no damage from it barely.

Brought Conserve Power in instead, with stamina and that, I can swap out the end rex for recharge redux instead, but I can swap them if needed, depending on hw it plays

I followed a lot of what was said, but I can't lose Flight, sorry, it's part of the charatcer and I don't on planning on making Coin strictly for PvP, that's what Silver Racer is for, I just wanna make him better

Been working on a new build for Coin,as he's so gimped after I made the mistake of taking Stamina out in the last repec I did

Anyway, I wanna make Coina bit more viable in PvP, not so that he's pure PvP build, as I still prefer to use him in PvE, plsu, I want to be a Badge Whor....Collector and after chatting briefly with Plight about it, I came up with this build so far in Hero Planner.

Was wondering if you guys and gals could have a look, give me some pointers?
