Also, I made a bad mistake in saying what I did. I meant lesser as in "less-populated" as I read that every server besides Virtue and Freedom has trouble with Hami raids due to population issues.
Judgin' from recent experience and dialogue between us and another server, the problem seems to stem from lack o' experience in the raid strategy. People will almost always come out for a raid if they know about it, they usually just don't know what to bring or how to go about it. -
Our Raid nights on Champion are generally Sundays also, so some o' us might not be able to transfer over at that time. That shouldn't stop you from tryin', by any means as this is your shindig, I'm just passin' the word along.

If you guys decide to raid how we do on Champion, ( it's really up to you, we know our way of raiding works for us, it might not for you) then the leader should make it clear that EVERYONE (except the team tp'er) will probably die after each wave.
In any case, most people at the raid should be lvl 50 already ( or close) so debts really doesn't mean anything. -

There is the complete problem
1 a team leader that knows what is going on and can explane it to there team can't get into zone.
2 evreyone not listening and won't put request in a seperate tab because they are too busy talking to there buddy that they usually talk to on a global channel.
I have lead succesful raids on liberty and I went to alot of the old raids. To my knowlage there are only a few ppl that have lead a succesful raid here. O and i forgot one other point ppl get upset when they die and start leaveing lol ppl need to expect a one wipe or 5 for the first few raids.
2) If there's an honest effort and everyone knows what's involved, the level o' effort and the like, then there's usually very little chatter/banter durin' the growin' pains stage due to everyone extremely busy tryin' to stay alive and keepin' others the same. The chatter/banter will come when it's basically on auto and everyone knows what to do. At least that's what I've seen durin' the aforementioned stage on Champion. -

Works for me. Just bump this thread with the Strike Force and I'll update when I can.
Edit: I manage to fit it, so I'll just need the Strike Force to add and it'll be good to go. No rush on it, like you said, two days before should be fine. -
Maybe consolidate to a single day, to ease schedulin' with the Redside Hami Raids, and call it Strike Force Fridays? I might be able to fit that into the BMT MotD, if you do. Space is pretty limited, as it is.
