One of the best ways to increase endurance is to 3 or 4 slot Stamina. 2 - 3 Regular End Mod IOs/SOs and the +End Proc from the Peformance Shifter Set, IIRC.

There are a LOT of IO sets that offer +recovery or +endurance. Some are armor sets, melee sets, etc. You should take a look at them at Paragowiki.com or by downloading and toying around with Mid's Hero Designer program. Both are great avenues for increasing your knowledge.

Lastly, if you want to increase the performance of each power while avoiding all the Set Bonuses business, then I recommend 'Frankenslotting' your powers with IOs. Frankenslotting means to slot each power for maximum effect using various IOs from various Sets. For instance, slotting Jab you could use Crushing Impact; Acc/Dam/End, Acc/Dam/Rech along with Mako's Bite Acc/Dam/End/Rech and Acc/End/Rech along with Touch of Death's Acc/Dam/End, etc etc.

I don't understand why you keep inserting your foot in your mouth.

Artic Fog gives +resistance and +defense to the defender (and the team). Sleet provides excellent defense in the form of mitigation, and then there's Heatloss. Heatloss replenishes endurance and hits the enemy with -resistance (think of it as +damage to the defender) which gives the defender more offense.

I have limited experience with Sonic and FF but I've already seen some posters explain how off base you are with FF/ but you simply ignore their posts.

Lastly, it's obvious to me that you have very little experience with most of the sets you claim to be adequate or lacking. Perhaps you should take the time to ask about the sets or actually garner some experience. I have experience with Rad/, Dark/ and Cold/ from defenders and everything you've said regarding those sets has been incorrect.

It's no different than someone using a FF/, horribly gimped build to determine "defender's balance."

And Kin/ not typical? What set is typical? Dark? Nope. Kin? Nope. How about Cold/? or Rad/? I'm guessing you'll say no as well. What about Storm/?

It's amazing how our experiences were so incredibly different. I logged in Saturday after the maintenance and I was surprised to see how UN-laggy Freedom/CoV was for my poor laptop. Normally, lag is terrible and I've come acustomed to it when playing from that rig...but not Sat, and I even remember commenting to my team at that time which seemed to agree.

RE: Teaming

It was incredibly easy to start and maintain an 8 man team on Freedom/CoV. So easy in fact, at one point our SG had 3 teams running (mixture of SG mates and Pick-ups, and whatever team I was on kept 8 players easily. Remember, this is on CoV where the population is suppose to be scarce.

To conclude, I went from 39-42 on a dom and 8-32 on a corruptor. Double Exp felt just fine to me.
