Ok, here is my review:
1. Microfilament SHOs are pricey. I don't think you'll be able to fine those at a reasonable price unless you alread have them. Enzyme SHO might be pricey too.
2. My personal perference is Jab over Punch only for the Fury Building factor.
3. Combat Jumping is way over-slotted. 1 Def IO is enough unless it's an IO Mule.
4. I re-did some of your slotting and was able to squeeze out a bit more endurance, regen and defense, but I don't know if you can find everything for 100 mil. One key to making inf is crafting/selling recipe drops you cannot use.

I disliked the "go talk to these people in three different zones all the way at the end of those zones" when I first ran the cape mission, and I still dislike them now. Then you add in an extra mission (which is a defeat-all), and it ends up taking even longer to complete. Oh well, I tried it out just because it was new, but it's slower than it was even before - I remember now why I never bother getting capes or auras on my characters.

I also hate how everyone just colors their stuff black. We have such a broad spectrum and can come up with cool stuff. For instance, I played with a Rad/Thermal Corruptor who colored their thermal powers to the exact shade of radiation so the flames and stuff looked like radiation. So it makes me roll my eyes when I see the 500th instance of pure black fire.

KoA, most notably their effing caltrops. Since the difficulty slider was revamped all my brutes run at +0-+2/x6-x8. I really hate when I see a KoA mission...are 7-10 applications of Caltrops truly neccessary? It's not even life threatening most of the time but it's so tedious to try and run away.

I've seen INV Brute, Scrappers and Tanks use the Gaussian's in Invincibility. I believe the proc only fires when Invincibility has an enemy in range. I've never personally tested it, but I assume it works similar to a WP character slotting a Numina Proc in RttC.
Not that this info can help you personally, just thought I participate and bump my post count.

I'm softcapped to all positions without the use of Weave. I also have 364% regen or 27.7 HP/sec. This brute is very durable. -

I would disagree with one point here. I think you're supposed to be able to handle an EB solo, but not an AV. Granted, some will do better than others, but I think this is the intent (or EBs wouldn't spawn in missions set for solo play).
On a tank, I use reds.
On a brute, I use purples/blues.
On a scrapper, purples/blues.
On a blaster, a sheeeeeetload of purples and possibly a couple breakfrees.
