Quote:I feel pity on you for having such a terrible life that you feel the need to try and discredit this player from enjoying their accomplishment.Spending time BAFing to get Lore. How is that different than spending time to get Shivians? It's not. They're both external sources of damage and for most people, Shivians, like Lore pets, are what makes the difference. If I can "solo" GMs with Warworks and pets, anyone can. It's not my feat, my build, or skill, it's the pets.
Under that criteria, dual-boxing could be considered "solo" too becuase it's "just you", right?
.
Grow up. -
I doubt they intentionally added lag, and not everyone is experiencing this lag. Hopefully, the devs can pinpoint the issue and get a hot fix implemented soon.

It's a strange problem. I have not experienced anymore lag then what I experienced before the patch but I have heard of others, like you, experiencing frustrating levels of lag.
Even the prisoner phase on BAF wasn't any worse and neither was the warehouse portion of Lambda. I should note that I turned off that external buffs notification thingy that Leo pointed out some weeks ago. -
Ease up a little Venture. This is a nice break from the norm and it could be fun. Try to put aside your angst and just dive into the invasion. I think you could really enjoy yourself.

Quote:I'm a bit confused by your reply to Dispari. I'm not sure if you know this, but someone is allowed to complain or state their feedback in the form of constructive criticism. I would say Dispari does a great job at the latter. So no matter what you will find something to about which to complain, even if it's good?
Just because someone is happy with a particular part of the a new zone, there might be another aspect they find lacking. For example, maybe the new zone is beautiful and has various contacts all with wonderful story arcs that allow players to solo or form small teams for incarnate content. Yay, right? Maybe this same zone has a zone event that is terrible and uses the same flawed participation system we currently use for the Trials.
Do you see my point?

Quote:I was thinking that same thing. If she sneezes too hard, then it's game over for Tilman. On the other hand, Praetor Tilman's preferences for waist ornamentation dangerously conflicts with the sensibilities of her plastic surgeon.
In fact, I could probably end the menace posed by Mother Mayhem upon the world by simply dropping a quarter in front of her. -

Quote:My apologies then.I will note it IS called a 'Meet and Greet' and not a Q&A session. The words Meet and Greet imply general chatting, the occasional question and the like.
HA! -

I'm excited for a new zone but I don't have any aspirations of the zone being anything other than another cityscape.

It almost defeats the purpose of them even hosting the session.

It just seems uneccessary, and its a bit disappointing this is the best idea they had for issue 900.

Quote:Let me rephrase."Loyalists" have never been particularly described as loyal to Emperor Cole, but more so to the regime and to the people of Praetoria. You can very much remain loyal to the fascist regime he has set up without necessarily wanting to serve the man, himself. That's actually what the final Morality mission for the Loyalists constitutes - the decision between bringing Cole down along with his entire government, or choosing to deal with his madness without upsetting the status quo.
A Loyalist to me, stays in Praetoria and remains Loyal to Praetorian Earth. Not take up a mantle of Villain or Hero and travel to Primal Earth. I found that annoying. My opinion. -
Quote:Ditto.Until I can continue to fight on Emperor Cole's side like I did when in Praetoria, I don't give a damn about any of the other story. I consider it a waste of my time.
When I re-subbed and bought GR, I was all pumped to be a Loyalist. I rolled a new scrapper since soloing was my only option at that time. Around level 15, and after reading various bits of information, I discovered that remaining a Loyalist after level 20 was impossible. I abandoned that character. I all but abandoned Praetoria (I've returned for a couple zone events). -
Sweet. That means more down time soon. Hooray for Q&A department amirtie?

Rule of Trials.
At least 1 person will not hit Enter. -
Quote:Perhaps that tells us the new content sucks. Crazy, I know.Maybe they wanted people to give the new stuff a try first, instead of just ignoring it right out of the gate and complaining about how slow it is to earn things the non-intended way. Crazy, I know, but I'm sure they'd love for people to use the content they spent months working on.
No, they could have allowed high level TFs to drop threads or allow players to bump up the diff to +4 to earn those threads. SOMETHING would have been better than NOTHING. -
