All that crap is grey to me, no XP.

Now that's heroism!

Well, at least he isn't boombox griefing under Atlas. -
The majority of RPers will put OOC comments in ((double parenthesis)) also might help to read thier bios since some will have clues to thier character's personality in them. Don't worry about spelling, I'm no typist either, my only contact with any kind of keyboard is when I'm here or playing a game. I've never had people in game harp at me about mispelled words but I have have some leave because it takes me longer than they're willing to wait to respond. Don't let it bother you if either happens, just find someone else to play with.

You seem to do a lot of assuming. Your whole reason for complaining is based solely on your assumption that only anime inspired elements will be added. I can understand your reservations if the thought of anime inspired fashion only makes you think of Pokemon, Love Hina, and DBZ, but there are some really fine designs out there too. Why not just wait until the issue is released and actually seeing what it has to offer rather than just making assumptions.
[/ QUOTE ]
Well largely because assuming is the natural way of considering the future. Since it hasn't happened yet, we must assume when speculating on it.
And anyways, your avatar looks like a pandaren brewmaster, I rather doubt any of the additions would dissapoint you sir, they'd only make you even more able to emulate a pandaren.
If thats not a pandaren brewmaster, excuse my thinking so. But I keep expecting to see your avatar throw a mug of ale.
[/ QUOTE ]
Then you shouldn't be posting your speculations as if they're facts. Before I3 I didn't think I would like the Kheldians but I didn't start a thread complaining about them either. Turns out I don't like them so I don't have one, no big deal. I'm sure there will be many of the new costume options I won't like either, anime or not, just like I don't care for many of the current options, so I don't use them, again, no big deal.
I've never heard of a pandaren brewmaster and have no idea what game or whatever your getting it from. I designed that character after the Pandas in the Stonebrunt Mountains in EQ and added the coolie and belt because it's a katana scrapper and fits the theme. See, you're making assumptions about me and things I like based solely on a pic of a character I play in a video game. Seems kind of shallow, don't you think? I also have a robot character, a native american character, a character possessed by the spirit of a fallen knight, and a mutant character. What sort of narrow minded asumptions are you going to make about me based on that?
[/ QUOTE ]
Okay you just want to fight obviously.
Sorry I mentioned you looked like a pandaren brewmaster. God.
I'll do as I like. Don't you ever tell me what I should and should not do.
Now bugger off. You're bringing nothing to the discussion except random anger and personal attacks and I've had just about enough of that today.
[/ QUOTE ]
What anger? I think it's kind of funny that you're getting so worked up over something that really isn't going to affect how you play the game even it it does turn out the way you're expecting it too, and that you seem to think everybody else should be all worked up about it too.
Personal attacks? I haven't said anything worse, or even as bad, than what has been said to me.
Discussion? What discussion? You just discount everything people say that isn't in agreement with you and basicly restate your original post over and over with different wording. No discussion here.
Fight? Isn't that why you started a whine thread based on pure conjecture and insulted people using anime avatars in the first place?
I wasn't bothered by the pandaren brewmaster comment. I really have no idea what sort of character that is. I was a little put out by your assumption that since I have an oriental themed avatar that I would just naturally like all the anime stuff they're putting in. That's a pretty broad generalization being made about me based on a single image.
Bugger off? Tell you what, your own words make a fitting reply to this drival. "Don't you ever tell me what I should and should not do." -

I know, Arucard. But I thought it sounded funnier this way. Heck, if I didn't like these forums, do you think I'd have made close to 5000 posts by now?

I'm sorry, I didn't mean any of that to "1-up" you. I just wanted to get in a good crack at the WoW forums and show Clobbertime that we aren't the only ones whining for nothing. I apologize if it seemed I was trying to counter you or show you up.

I already knew that, I hung around the EQ forums back when I was playing it. -

Let me see if I'm getting this straight. There are people here whining about what they're getting when the fact is they don't really know what all they're getting, only part of it? That's pretty much the gist of it, fight? All I can say it proves that Forest Gump's mother was right.

I'd like to see that too. It would make for good events to have Statesman, War Witch, or somebody come along and recruit a team to help on a mission. It's the kind of gm events I sort of expected rather than the pre-programmed stuff like the Rularuu invasion. Programed events are interesting for a while but become repetitive prety quickly while a live gm event only lasts for a little while it's far more fun and immersive than the programmed stuff.

"OK gang, we'll throw AT LEAST 2 of your wants into Issue 4. "
Hey, doesn't this mean "A Minimum of 2?" Implying possible more than 2? Just a hopeful thought.
[/ QUOTE ]
While I was reading this thread I was wondering if anybody was going to notice that he said 'at least 2' and not 'only 2' like folks seem to be assuming.
