Take a short ingame video clip.
Substitute your level 1's character info over the original.
Take the screenshot.

At the end of Atta's mission in the hollows everyone usually grabs a screenie of them sitting on his throne.
Not the most regal looking surroundings but don't tell that to the greenies.

I recently dicovered the joys of using photoshop to paint / illustrate and I figured I'd try my hand at doing one of my toons on CoH (City of Heroes)

The fire does indeed look very cool, I like the effect.
Three things about it though, it's obscuring so much of the image it's tough to tell

it looks more like sparkler trails or hair than flames. Finally on the left side the flames appears to be running from his fingers
to his elbow but on the right it looks like it goes all the way up to the shoulder, was that intended?
Great color choices the green/white set against a black background works great and really makes the image pop.
Even out/tone down the flames a bit and play with some of the textures a bit more and I think you got a real winner here.

You've got some nice detail work throughout and once you get a better handle on some of your proportions things will come together nicely.

While they don't necessarily fit her theme I tried out some of the Steampunk pieces on Xllusya...
The Wondrous Flying Contraption (wings) are pretty sweet and the lacy Victorian shoulders will really
go great with the Witches lace gloves. I also like the leggings and clock/belt pieces too. This pack has potential.
I know one green queen (no not Chloe heh) that will be all
over this pack. Wonder if GQ knows about it yet.

Not sure what the problem would be with resizing it but in case it was a technical issue I did it for you Stone. Check your PM box, and let me know if you need a different size.
FYI it wasn't too large for me (kinda small-ish actually) but then I have 28" and 30" monitors. Also that Cimeroran armor is really cool.

That's pretty cool DD.
I like the expression on the one of you with your hair down best and the hand position in the hair up shot.
They reminds me a little bit of One Starless Night (the idea more than the layout).
