My PB has 2.76% recovery normaly, when i use dwarf im lowered to 2.20

The actual bonus to endurance if unslotted is alot worse than you think.
Both White Dwarf and Bright Nova unslotted with endurance modification cost 0.27% endurance per second and provide 0.26% endurance per second.
Your base % recharge is the same as being in any form aswell as being in human. So maximum endurance recovery is slotted with 3 single origin endurance mods enables both dwarf and nova t0 give 0.25% endurance per second max or 0.52% but taking into account that both forms use endurance its still 0.25% + base 1.67%.
As for regeneration, theres no increase in the the amount of health regenerated in whitedwarf compared to being in human form. There both 0.42%
So the "improved hp recovery" on the white dwarf description basicly doesnt exist (plaync know about this ive told them, but dont care, and ive been asked to post here).
As for again the "Improved recovery (end)" on both descriptions is way over rated, its that simple. -
Just a thought about mez protection.
Wouldnt a solution be that instead of being toggles which they are now, but change them to "practiced brawler" style effect. The shield graphical effects will still be present, defences will continue through mez.
So, each shield say, would last 120 seconds, recharge of 20 seconds so that you can always guarantee shield can be put up 100% of the time. Would also free 3 slots if you stick -end enhacements into each toggle -
Can anyone tell me since its been a long time since ive used my troller, i went into a mission and went against The Lost lieutenant,Anathema, and i have to apply two gravity distortions (single target dow hold) for him to be held and not to try and kill me. Is this right?

Think the 10% is from a temp power, which means in 2 days, my regen is gona go down

Regen issues
So, I have two regen bonuses from two sets which give the same %, but Im geting 2 different % in the combat attributes. -
My problem I wont sorted, especialy in White Dwarf is the [censored] regeneration amount, the % is I think is below par with any other tank.
Our heal in that form seems to take ages to recharge. -
Does the regen bonus from sets decrease if you have more than 1 bonus at the same % ?
Eg, I have 2 bonuses of 10%, but Im currently getting bonuses on my combat attributes, 10% and 8%. -
Just started to play my PB after a break from COH, when I noticed a damage output from some of the Novas attacks.
Bright Nova Blast - High Damage - 120 damage
Bright Nova Scatter - Moderate Damage - 115 damage
Shouldnt the nova blast be a higher damage due to being a single target?
Or does recharge now effect how damaging an attack is? and if not should then nova blast be beefed up? -
Would realy advice against chilling embrace as its an agroe magnet.

Then I take it this is also happeing in coh then for phantasm, fire imps, dark pet, ice and stone pets then?

Anyone understand why the devs decided that if your lackey goes afk, or runs in a middle of a fight that your henchmen just die? In my view, this is totaly usless and leaves me completely defenceless.

I dont know about the rest of you mm/ff guys, but the icon for force field especialy when there are more than one other Robotic mm on the team, confuses me as its the same as deflection shield as to when to reaply both def and insul shields, I think it should have a unique icon, not a copied one.
