part of what im seeing (based on the # of blue side raids Ive been in) is the leadership is considerably different.. I know the red side raids are different from the blue side due to the different arc types and whatnot's...

But.. on blue raids we have various, vocal, leaders.. on the red side its just squids and i think maybe it's a bit much all on his shoulders. Another issue I saw was late people not knowing where to go or what to do and when they were placed on teams the team leaders didnt direct them ( i know this from people in my vg that were late to the party.. asking in sg mode what they were spose to do..)

I'd be curious to see how it went with the blue side leaders pitching in with squids 1 week.

Squids does a great job, but cant do it all.

And the mm's placement along with the taunts has got to be dealt with too.

dazz and nibs are totally fair and unbiased...

they helped us judge our sg's huge cc back in april.. when we got to the sg portion they both suddenly got quiet... im like HELLO A LIL HELP HERE WOULD BE NICE...

uh, ya.. i hadnt noticed what sg they were in until i made my choice..and yes, UHB killed it..

you wanna win a sg cc? Do what they did.. they all stood perfectly in line, posed.. when the leader called out a new pose, they all did it, perfectly timed.. it was pretty kick [censored]. They took it seriously and had a lot of pride. I was pretty shocked (and disapointed) to see how some sg's presented themselves.

UHB, you guys should be proud. You are 1 of the "cream of the crop" sg's IMO

thats the beauty of the "edit note" feature..

you give a person a rating (a star) and edit note... the star follows on all toons and all you gotta do is look at the note to see who they are. Its a great feature when you team with a DB.. give em 1 star and say DONT TEAM WITH THIS DB.. then next time youre on a team or see someone flyin around with 1 star you know to avoid them at all costs.

and what does DB mean you ask? Well lets see the options

you know the thing is... a person that is most likely nominated with this title isnt in need of the prizes that are being dished out.

Its kinda how i feel about all the award shows in hollywood.. wealthy people patting wealthy people on the back just seems so... meh.

It's a great idea, and well deserving for whoever wins... im just sayin thats a pretty sweet payout for a person that most likely doesnt need it.

Thats actually a running joke in my sg.. i get purple drops and pretty sweet random rolls frequently.

Flirtin' With Disaster will commence on July 18th at 5pm pst - 8pm est.

Will have a team doing lady grey tf around 4ish to spawn the raid.. (obviously im a west-coaster, that would be 7pm est)

All details will be with the flyer, that I hope to have posted by the latest, tomorrow.

*crosses fingers we can get the raid to spawn anywhere BUT atlas park.*

it didnt help that our entire team was on vent and being very chatty... it was a lot of fun tho.

its hard to stay focused with your team on vent.. 1 of them got on a tyraid about women and gaming.. HILARIOUS..

so, ya, it took us f-o-r-e-v-e-r but we had fun.. so it equals out.
